Nawabs Kitchen on DoorDash, but Delhi 6 on their sign at their physical location. Weird. Some local tri-city area restaurants desperately need some basic “restaurant business practices 101” coaching.

Food hasn’t changed. Pricey, usually decent. Service and atmosphere: still seriously lacking in both areas.

Average food
Sub-par service
They should change the front desk folks or teach them to smile. May be then, I will try them again.
Last, butter chicken gravy was good BUT chicken was half cooked. We complained and they pretended as if they didn’t understand. They heard us but never did anything

The food was absolutely delicious! The preparation felt authentic — just like something straight from Amritsar. We ordered Dal Makhani, Amritsari Kulcha, Chana Masala, and Chicken Rara — all of them were flavorful and perfectly cooked. The fresh tandoori breads complemented the dishes beautifully. The service was also polite and quick, unlike some restaurants where the servers can be cold. Overall, a wonderful dining experience!

Ordered Awadi biryaani and nawaab murg shahi. You would expect that they have speciality in Awadhi cuisine but they are far from it.No consistency. Biryani was so bad that I regretted, I coukd have ordered Biryani from any south indian restaurant and that would be far better in taste. We here in bay area have many indian restaurants that have been opened by home cooks not the real chefs. They should take a page from Canadian indian restaurants in terms of authencity, taste, and service....

Overall good experience the food was good and on time the only issue is the owner is disrespectful towards costumers looking down on you like he owes you plus eating and serving at the same time in the front counter I think they should hire some professional to take orders other than that food is fine

Small place, got quick service on a weekday dinner.
Harabhara kebab was disappointing, it was like green paste. Dal makhani is more on the creemier side, and jeera rice with peas was good. Malai kofta was ghee-ish but tasted good, lacha paratha was nothing special. Butter naan was slightly over burnt.
A bit overpriced for what you get, both portio and taste.

The Newabs Lamb Biryani was excellent, good portion of Lamb and properly spiced. The Naan was very good. The Butter Chicken was good. The Lamb Tikka Masala was fair, and the meat was tough. The Vegetable Pakora was poor, it wasn't fully cooked, doughy,it was not crispy, and soggy.

Waitress was excellent and attentive.

We used to get to-go food often from here during the pandemic, after it ended we visited the restaurant once or twice but it didn't feel welcoming to sit here and eat before.
Last weekend we came here after a long time and it was such a pleasant surprise. They are working on the interior (empty wall niches say they will have more bollywood paintings) and it has great vibes. Loved the Tamasha wall. I also liked the flooring.

Now coming to food... We never not liked their curries, especially the creamy gray ones. True to their name, it does feel a little nawabi with its rich taste. Quantity is adequate.

Staff is friendly and service is good.
