Service, as in appreciating customers' business, well, they don't get it. God forbid have an issue with anything...cuz you're instantly deemed to be a problem. It's kind of like you're being served by little robots that still need the lesson about how to graciously deal with people. If you can suffer through that it's a nice, affordable place to have nice things. Oh the the hours vary enormously. Kind of like:Monday closedTuesday 8:34 -2:41Wednesday closedThursday 9:13 to 1:48...And so on.

She didn't seem to like Asians, and I was in line, and she just skipped me and communicated with the person in the back. Finally reluctantly asked me what I wanted. When I asked her if it contained sugar, she was very impatient and unfriendly, and answered my question dismissively. I don't know why she's acting like this. It's really, really bad. It's clearly racist. Really, if you're Asian, please don't don't don't come here and pay to see her unhappy faces.

Unfortunately the owner doesn’t even know if the espresso is a light or dark roast. No thank you

Perfect for a small bites! I liked the outdoors sitting, but it needs just a little bit of attention.

the place is cool. looks like the owner converted a regular coffee shop into a small restaurant. the food is good and the prices are great. however, i feel like she's taken on too much. we got there today(8/25/23) at 8:30am. she was trying to do everything alone. my standard breakfast was great but i never got my side of handfries. not a big deal at all but bummed i didn't get them. i like the hearty homemade bread. only came with grape jelly. not sure there were other choices but only coming with a single packet of jelly isn't ideal.a helper came and that helped but i think its going to be a tough go if the service level doesn't improve even with good food. again, liked the place but not top on my list to go back to.

Awful service. I watched the waitress write down my order and she brought out the wrong wrap. When I kindly mentioned it another woman who was helping her in the kitchen, she yelled at me that she would make it again. I asked if that was ok, because she seemed agitated and she said verbatim “I’m busy, I will do it after!” I politely told her to cancel the order. Of course I had the urge to let her know how rude she was being but it wasn’t worth it to argue. I’m always kind to service workers and especially within small business, so this was disappointing. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Cô Giang and Cô Hong, the co-owners, are wonderful warm-hearted people. I didn’t expect to find a Vietnamese restaurant owned restaurant in the Niles area - but I’m so happy there is one as I’m Vietnamese as well! I’m so happy I get to have a delicious drink and sandwich while being in community. Love the back patio and the cute little bathroom. The sandwiches are creative and the prices (under $10) and drinks under $5. I always order a French lemonade (lemon, sprite, a pinch of salt) and so far plan to try every sandwich they have on the menu!

Really cute cafe. Food is good, and the coffee drinks are great. Really enjoy sitting in the garden in the back.
