The Waffle Roost Food Truck

I hosted an event with 50 people and booked Waffle
Roost. Justin went above and beyond, the guests were happy. The waffles are the best, there is good variety for people with allergies. Seamless communication, great service and good pricing. I recommend Waffle Roost for big events.

Went to the address and there was no food truck in sight. Entire area appears to be burned down and feels very unsafe. Avoid this area especially if you have children

Waffle Roost delivered straight-up comfort food heaven. Crispy chicken, fluffy waffles, and that perfect sweet-and-savory balance. Lines were long for a reason, and the food was more than worth the wait. A crowd favorite for sure!

Pretty disappointing. I got the "2 legit" to have the basic experience and was underwhelmed at every turn. Fake and prepackages "maple syrup", boring fries, a standard waffle, and a very average piece of chicken.

Seems more like a food truck made to capitalize on the growing trend as opposed to a passion project of someone trying to make a fantastic product.

Bonus points: Their website is really poorly done and is vague at just about every turn. If, for example, you only serve some of the sides at a certain time of day (as told in person) you would do well to just include that information instead of saying "availability varies".

Ordered ECP because I am vegetarian and they gave me a chicken one today.

The best chicken and waffles I've ever had. A little spicy, a little chewy (hard and to the tooth). OMG so yummy.

What’s worse than a BURNT waffle? RAW and burnt chicken. But they’re consistent with their brand and products with rotten and rude attitude. Absolutely the worst experience overall.
