So, I didn't catch his name, but he's a Filipino Man, who runs the cash register! He asked me for my name after the order, and I told him it was Dee! He replied, "UGLY"?? And laughed!! Who does that! Never ever have I been insulted and laughed at from a host! NEVER! He should be fired! Unbelievable! Just Unbelievable! Beware people, you just might be insulted here!!! And then be laughed at!

Salad was horrible for 11 bucks, all lettuce a strip of bacon half a chicken breast? not chopped up small serving of dressing. Don't get a salad

My husband came in the other day and ordered a foot long hot pastrami, light Mayo and peppers on the side. Got home and the bread was weird and doughie which I've never experienced before, Gobs of Mayo and peppers were in the sqndwich. How do you get everything wrong. He even heard the person who took the order specifically say peppers on the side. Never coming back to this location.

We went to get the grilled cheese sandwich for my daughter today again, since my daughter had it yesterday and liked it a lot. We were the only customer in the store, so I stood by the counter and watched the lady who made the sandwich. She did not follow the instructions on the order receipt, did not grill the sandwich and did not put on Mayo. So, I asked her if she can add Mayo and grill it. She lied in front of the fact by saying there was Mayo. I had to ask her to open the wrap, take out sandwich to grill it since she forgot to. We both saw there was no Mayo, then she added Mayo after grilling. She over grilled the sandwich and literally threw it into my hand afterwards, then quickly turned back. I am so disappointed about her service and attitude even though I tried to nicely ask her to give us what we ordered. I regretted adding tips when ordering the sandwich. They do not deserve it at all.

Ordered hot pastramis for lunch 7/26/23. Very salty. Felt sleepy and extremely thirsty the whole afternoon. Highly suspect that they put MSG in pastramis. Buyer be aware.

The food was great. But it felt they were trying close up early. They had the TV off and the dining room was really warm and empty.

I dropped in today for a ham and cheese sandwich and a cup of water. Looking at my receipt afterwards, I noticed that they charged me $2.79 for the cup of water! I asked the counter person about this and she explained that the charge wasn't for the water, it was for the cup. I felt like a chump for having given her a generous tip. It would have been nice if she had let me know about the charge beforehand and confirmed that it was what I wanted.

I'm a big subway fanboy, but Togo is just so much better.I survived almost only on subway for two years back in college, back then the veggies were fresh, and you can get a 12in for $4-6 with coupon.Now subway 12in is at least $10 and veggies are very bad, sometimes almost rotten. In comparison now Togo's is very competitive, their large sub is around $13-15.Veggies are fresh, a lot more meats than subway, and they tastes amazing, more inline with boudin & Panera.Not to say the manager here is super nice, pretty busy during lunch but really chill other times.
