I have never seen a Boba shop like this. There are unique ways to tri Boba that I’ve never tried before. Hailey recommend mixing and matching each time and they also have a flavor of the day each time you go in. Physically the building is a little hidden and small, but this place is always busy.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! HAIR IN BOBA!
Came to this location 11/11/25 at 4:30pm. I ordered one drink and immediately when I sipped and chewed my boba I noticed a hair in the boba. I went back into the store and asked for a remake and the young Asian girl with the nose piercing working gave me attitude and laughed.
After she remade my drink I went home and drank the new drink.... And again a long brown hair in the boba.
I have come to this boba spot for year and after this I will NEVER be back and will be reporting this to the health department because how does clumps of hair end up inside boba balls.
DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!

Loved the flavors and service at Tpumps. The best boba place I ever tried! Get to try cinnamon, salted caramel and vanilla tea! They even had sample of it.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. Hands down the best boba/tea place in the area. Not only do they have amazing tea with awesome predetermined combinations for people (like me) who have no idea what they want but know the flavor combinations they like, but they also had a tea of the day out which was so tasty I ended up getting. (Green apple, passion fruit, mango) I was feeling extra saucy and decided to try their Neapolitan which I can’t remember the name of but it’s on their favorites and it says in the description it tastes like a Neapolitan ice cream and no lie, it does. It’s amazing. My new favorite place. Normally I don’t leave reviews but this is totally worth the review, will definitely visit again, super friendly staff and fast service. Thank you!!!

My FAVORITE boba place in the Bay Area. Nothing compares. There are so many different flavor combinations, the boba is always cooked to perfection, and the staff are friendly and prompt with your order. Everytime I’m in the Bay, I always want to stop here. On Tuesdays, you can upgrade to a larger size for free!! 🥳

it is still the best place for boba but these three stars for their new product shaved ice, first they pricing is non transparent and they adding taxes which makes a cup of flavored ice an eleven bucks plate which could be ok to be shared with two people but definitely an expensive for just one, size is big. they need to reduce price and size to accommodate more budget conscious

My family and I just moved to the area and this is our new favorite boba spot. I appreciate that the owner keeps prices fair since it seems most middle and high school kids come here after school. They have a huge selection and the staff and very friendly. They also have samples which is nice. ??
