Veg and Chaat used to be a good restaurant but food quality have degraded a lot in the recent times. I have had couple of bad experiences with the to-go orders now and I will completely stop buying from here.

Food tastes terrible, we have ordered Manchurian which was burnt, very dried and taste less, looks like they just heated up the balls which made like 2days before. Pav Bhaji curry was all of ginger smell and didn’t taste good. Sprouts bagel was not even sprouted. I’ll never recommend this place for chaat items.

Menu had alots of options. We have chaat basket and hara bhara kabab as a starter, chaat basket was hit but harabhara kabab was only two pieces! That was a disappointing. Then we had Royal dum aloo… which came with only two aloo, Malai kofta curry which was good. Bread basket was not good. Garlic naan didn’t have any garlic. For drinks we had chass which was good, mango mojito which had lots of yellow colour and Masala chai which was really good. Food taste was ok, service was good, ambiance is ok. I think I’ll recommend this mostly for chat items.

Okay.. so first of all Menu looks exactly like Chaat Bhavan. We even asked them if owner is same as Chaat Bhavan or not. But apparently they are different. Only Chaat baskets were tasty and good portion size. All other dishes and quantity was not appealing. Naans were very crispy like papad or khakra. 2 aloo pieces in Dum Aloo gravy - taste was okay! Only 2 pieces of Hara bhara kabab - but very tasty. Malai Kofta was average.

Daal and paneer butter masala were not made properly.2022 — We had a small party, and chose Veg n chaat for food. We ordered hara bhara kabab, samosa, paneer tikka masala, veg n chaat special, and mix daal makhnai. Overall food was very good and all our guests enjoyed. Quantity too was generous. One problem, they took time to prepare starters.

I will recommend this place. It’s a nice sit down restaurant.I was visiting Fremont and decided to try this place. I ordered a thali. It was a lot of food for me and tasted good. Paratha was freshly made, paneer curry had only 2 small cubes and stuffed karela was ok. As for the freshness, it’s a restaurant.Service was top notch. People working there are super nice, polite and friendly.

We went for a weekend lunch. Food was really good. I loved their Bhel Thali, it was the Best Bhel I had in a long time. Kids didn't complain. I had to remove a star for their service cause even after repeated reminders the waiter didn't get me my chai..Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options
