I just had the freshest Jr bacon cheeseburgers ive ever experienced. Bun was perfect. Lettuce was cold. Condiments were even. I liked it so much I actually am taking the time to write this review which I absolutely never do. Staff was super friendly. I could just tell theres good energy there tonight. Fantastic

I just got a huge meal for my whole family. My chicken sandwich was DISGUSTING. Not edible..I threw it in the trash. The chicken was stale and tasted horrible. I will NOT be coming back to this location.

The employees do a good job preparing the food at this location. The big bacon classic is always prepared close to perfect. The fries are crispy on the outside and hot and fluffy on the inside. The vanilla frosty coffee is delicious. Also, the price is fair compared to other locations. Best Wendy's in the Bay!

I read the horrible reviews about this place, but I went anyway. I ordered off the app and when I got there, the employee immediately got my food, had a smile on her face and thanked me. I couldn’t ask any more than that. Thank you Wendy’s.

The fries tasted like they used used cooking oil and we’re fish and cold. I question this restaurants, food, cleanness, and freshness practices. The crew seem to know that their suit serving this bad food as well with a smirk on their face. Maybe it’s just this crew in the evening, but be prepared for some fishy called fries and who knows what else

4/2/25 @7:07pm- the worst customer service by manager Jesus , he was extremely rude when getting to the window to pay for my food I gave him my phone so he can scan my Wendy’s app so that I can get my discount and he claimed it went through, so when I went to use my tap to pay the same total he told me when he took my order is what I was charged so the scan did not go through ! The line behind me was long and I did not want to old others up when I asked for my receipt he handed it to me and with an attitude , my mom told me to handle it right then but again the line was long ! I’ve never had an issue with Wendy’s and Wendy’s is one of my favorites the nuggets and lemonade are my top picks I used to go to this location because of the ease access from my home ! Possibly won’t be visiting this location again !
