Yummy, yummy, in my tummy. 😁 I used to work at Wendy's ... a very long time ago. So I will always default to this place if I'm in the mood for a fast food burger. Or In this case: chicken! This is my hack: a Classic Chicken sandwich, with cheese, and the hot chili chili sauce. You have my blessing to try it. 👍👍👍

I came by during lunch hour and order food and had it for here. The young man who helped me at the counter has excellent customer service skills. I applaud you Edgar. Thank you for going above and beyond. Not only were you professional and kind but you took it a step further and made your way through the dinning area and approached each to make sure they were doing okay.. We need more people in the world like you!!!!

Dear Wendy’s Management,
I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your location during the morning shift. As a paying customer, I was refused access to the restroom by an employee who claimed it was “being used and would be a while.” While that may be understandable under certain circumstances, the manner in which it was communicated came off as dismissive and unprofessional.
Additionally, the same employee appeared unwilling to engage during the ordering process, relying solely on gestures and nods until I inquired about the restroom—at which point he finally spoke. On a separate occasion, I encountered the same individual at the drive-thru, where the service was again poor. The food quality was extremely disappointing, and the coffee tasted as if it had been intentionally tampered with.
Based on these experiences, it’s clear this employee lacks the professionalism and maturity expected in a customer-facing role. I will not be returning to this location, and I hope appropriate steps are taken to ensure a higher standard of service moving forward.
