Dear Wendy’s Management,
I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your location during the morning shift. As a paying customer, I was refused access to the restroom by an employee who claimed it was “being used and would be a while.” While that may be understandable under certain circumstances, the manner in which it was communicated came off as dismissive and unprofessional.
Additionally, the same employee appeared unwilling to engage during the ordering process, relying solely on gestures and nods until I inquired about the restroom—at which point he finally spoke. On a separate occasion, I encountered the same individual at the drive-thru, where the service was again poor. The food quality was extremely disappointing, and the coffee tasted as if it had been intentionally tampered with.
Based on these experiences, it’s clear this employee lacks the professionalism and maturity expected in a customer-facing role. I will not be returning to this location, and I hope appropriate steps are taken to ensure a higher standard of service moving forward.

I have been going to this Wendy's for years! I have always been treated well, and the food here is made with care. Thank you for feeding me and my family continually for all this time.
The guy in the drive thru is awesome. I think his name is Robert. Well he was very helpful and informed me that i can buy beef Patty's for my dog who was with me at the time.
