Hours on website says open until 1am - Doors were locked @ midnight & Although i could select items to add to my bag, When i tried to place the order, i could not get the app to let me pay for it & place the order. Btw: This is the ONLY BAD experience i've ever had at any Wendy's...

Not a great experience. The staff has no idea about how their app rewards/offers work. They can only scan the reward if you can figure out how to add it to your cart. Quite arrogant too.I asked for Spicy Chicken sandwiches and they placed an order for classic sandwiches. On telling them they bluntly said “the order is placed. We can’t do anything!”
