Which Wich Superior Sandwiches

I have to admit, my first time I wasn't too keen on the ordering method. I had to ask an employee how I can order just a salami sandwich. He was nice and explained it to me and I enjoyed it well enough for a simple sandwich, but it wasn't anything better than what I could make at home for way less.My second visit, I was trying to avoid wheat to see if it was upsetting my stomach and I asked the employee if they had gluten free options. I didn't think it was too extreme of a question and pretty common nowadays, but he didn't even know what I was asking. I explained I was trying to find something without wheat or flour and he said I should try the spinach wrap. I said no, that's made with flour and he was adamant that it was only made from spinach. Obviously he didn't know what he was talking about and I'm smart enough to know better, but for anyone that actually had a gluten allergy, this guy could be causing some serious health problems with his ignorance. Upon further investigation, the website clearly lists bowl or lettuce wrap as the gluten free choices. I ended up going with a lettucewich and was able to add a lot of vegetable toppings. It was a wet mess, albeit a tasty one. I don't know if I'll go back in the future, there are just so many other options for sandwiches.

Overall 3 is good for this place, out of o lot of stuff, no bags, no cash, and the service was okay..

Today service is very horrible. They don’t have the water cups. And if we want to buy the water cup for 1.99$ . The food is also not good. Usually i am a good fan of which wich.

Terrible service. Waited over half an hour for one sandwich. Reasonable prices and fairly tasty, but definitely not worth the long wait.

I love their sandwiches here. I've never had a problem with their food. The reason why I'm giving them 3 stars is because anytime I order through the app to have my order picked up the food is never ready on time. The worst part is that 3 times in a row of me ordering online to pick it up they haven't even started my order until I get there. It's understandable if it was crowded and busy for them, but the times I would go I was the only customer in there. Don't bother ordering online. Just order when you get there because you'll be waiting the same amount of time anyway.

It being our first time at a Which Wich, we took a while to decide and had a lot of questions - the employees were patient and helpful, and the sandwiches were delicious.

Omgosh. Super good food, super good people when you pick up, so friendly. Easy ordering online and payment. Every sandwich or salad has a name associated with it and the food is fresh and delish! We are having this for lunch again tomorrow! They have so many options the guys wont get tired of it.

I went in and they were out of sandwich bags for specials, but said I could order directly. I tried to order fries, but the fry machine was apparently broken. Because they were out of bags, the employee forgot to make my sandwich, so I sat and waited until the people who ordered after me finished. I tried to get the attention of the only employee who ignored me for awhile before finally asking if I got my sandwich. Also, the whole time he would not stop calling me 'sir'. I was going to rate 1-star, but I added a star since the sandwich hit the spot. I'm certainly never going back to this location again.

Gave me wrong sandwich and told me I couldn't get a new one. Wrong bread meat and vegetables

Love this place. I love the healthy vegetarian sandwich options they have. Not many places make such good subs and sandwiches.

The workers were good. They helped me figure out how to order. This is the first sandwich place that I've seen have mushrooms. I like how the prices are set no matter how much stuff you ask for. It's toasted so it's crunchy. I was not able to finish my sandwich because of the large portion. Overall a good sandwich.
