The best Thai tea ever! I cannot describe how refreshing and how delicious this drink is! Usually the ones I've tried taste like straight powder but man this is some great stuff! Thank you for the Thai teas!

Very rarely do you see boba places selling pasta... and probably for good reason. I got the seafood pasta with tomato sauce. It was SO watery (see pic). My friends got the creamy sauce and that looked a little better. I tried my friend's creamy chicken risotto and thought it was pretty good but I've never had risotto before so I have nothing to compare it to. The pasta is definitely not it... but I'm still giving this place four stars because despite the pasta, I would want to return if I ever found myself here. The seating is incredibly nice, with lots of tables. They have wifi, outlets(!!) and their other food options (bento, mochi waffles, popcorn chicken sandwich) that I associate more with boba places look appealing. Aside from the pasta, the menu is overall affordable. Service was also warm and friendly.

They offer dairy free milk tea. :) Ive tried a lot of tea places and this one is the best!

Came here last night because we tried getting MJ Sushi but it was closed for a private event - I was hangry because it was already 7pm ish and was hoping getting stuff from this place would hold me over while we decided what to get for "real" dinner. My mood entering the establishment was already a little sad so maybe that influences my review lol, apologies in advance. Our order: husband and I both got the classic milk tea, 30-30, him with no toppings, me with the white boba. Pros: - Easy parking. - Pretty good milk tea - The agar boba wasn't bad. - 10 min wait for drink - sizable drink Cons: - Kitchen closed much earlier before real closing, and this disappointed me A LOT, since my main reason coming here was for food because the other restaurants were closed. It's fine if you decide to close a kitchen early, but some clear signage (like how i-Tea does!) would be helpful, so that we don't find out when we're already at the register after waiting in line. - They ran out of boba - I know things happen and it can be a busy day, but it's my genuine pet peeve when boba shops run out of boba before closing time - this is like your one big product. - $10+ for 2 drinks is kind of a lot, especially if you run out of boba Overall, if I was in the area already in the plaza after getting dinner, I might come here if I'm craving boba and it's the closest in the area. Nothing special though. Bummer because that popcorn chicken sandwich looked good on the menu.

OMG, the new popcorn chicken sandwich is awesome. The chicken is juicy and crispy. The bread is soft. It definitely tasted better than Popeyes and Chick-fil-A. I had it with ranch sauce and they also have spicy sauce to choose from. I think I may just get another.

Unwelcoming and nonchalant workers with mediocre drinks. Plenty of boba shops for you to go to rather than settling for this place.

Let's do a quick COVID update. L O C A T I O N Off of Stevenson Blvd, right next to Full House Dumpling. There's a shared parking area with all the other restaurants and shops. C O V I D P R O T O C O L There's no indoor dining the last time I came by. Hand sanitizer available. Employee was masked. D R I N K S So I had a BOGO to claim and thus I got a milk tea again and it was just okay. It wasn't memorable at all which is probably the only thing I remember every time we see this place. But again convenient if you just need some kind of boba next to Full House Dumpling to pick up some dumplings! S E R V I C E I ordered and the drinks were pretty much quickly made which is nice. O V E R A L L Again, not my go to, I wouldn't drive all the way here just to get boba, but if we're not going anywhere else and we're picking up food and we're craving, then maybe we'll get our drinks here. But there are so many options for boba that it's hard to settle.

Wanted to try a new tea place since we were in the area. I got the mango with fresh milk and blue curacao bubble, both sooo good. I also had popcorn chicken and sweet potato fries. The servings are big, and the food was yummy!

Nice people working there. The B&W mustache milk tea is the one I always order. After drinking it a bit, I always swirl the cup a bit so the black and white cream will mix with the milk tea making it creamier.50% was just the right sweetness for me, your milage may vary.

Second time coming here and so far we've loved every drink we've chosen. I feel like I'm compelled to try it all now. They offer food too so that will be my next thing to try. Plenty of parking. They have a table setup close to the door with a shield so someone can take your order safely. Service has been great both times. Register is in the back so they'll take your card to process the order. Wait time isn't too bad either. I'm so happy we found this place. We couldn't figure out our new go to boba place ever since tea station closed down. There are plenty of great boba places, just not this close to us.

Dropped by during their afternoon happy hours (cashier let me know after greeting) and ended up ordering the White Mustache Oolong Tea with 50 sugar, 100 ice, and aloe. Because of social distancing, the countertop space for ordering/receipt signing (cashier has to walk to the back for POS) can become crowded when there are more than three customers. Otherwise, drink came out in a reasonable amount of time and as expected. Will be back!!

We ordered popcorn chicken bento. The popcorn chicken is tasty and the side dish comes with broccoli and corn. It is freshly cooked as well. The milk boba tea is very good. They packed the food well and the area looks clean. Will be back again soon.

2.5 stars Ordered the creamy seafood pasta, popcorn chicken, and taro milk tea. The pasta came with a buttered slice of bread. The pasta was NOT creamy at all but watery...very watery. It tasted like milk soup with spaghetti noodles. It's not that difficult to thicken a sauce, please learn how to make a bechamel sauce or at least use real cream and butter!!! More broccoli than seafood was disappointing. Popcorn chicken needed seasoning, was bland. The milk tea looked pretty, but was just ok. Wanted to like this place but I will not come here if I am craving pasta.

Like the black mustache milk tea & oolong tea! You can modify the top cream, you can choose white, black or mix black & white! Black mustache so special, must tryout! Waiters are friendly & nice
