I live in San Ramon. This Wienerschnitzel is in Hayward. This was my first time there. I use to go to the one in Concord. I love it. It was so cute. Kinda of like a big gingerbread house. The staff was very kind. And the food was to die for. I will definitely use the gas to go back. This time I will eat inside. Go see it it's adorable 🥰🤩

The Asian owners who owned this served fresh food and cared about customers. Came today ordered a small drink the price they charged me was .$70 over on receipt. They act like they don’t understand. She had to figure it out on her phone she did not believe me . Then I get my food it’s not even fresh on top if that they did not put my chili and cheese on it . When I ordered I told him add ketchup and mustard he says oh no chili it. Cheese I said yes I still want chili and cheese . Damm what the hell is wrong with all the places . Get it together. Then you stand there talk shit about me in Spanish . I’m so done with rude people

Food is very good, served fresh, and quick. Customer service is efficient, polite, and friendly. I'm glad that Weinetschnitzel has veggie dogs. I'm not a meat eater. I like the selection of dessert items. I like that there are several drink selections, that are not in the soda category. The workers seem to be professional and seem to work together well.
