I ordered Hot Honey, but they gave me Louisiana instead. When I called the store to request a refund, they refused and told me I had to come back to exchange it—even though I had already gone home and would need to pay extra for a rideshare. They also refused to cover the transportation cost even though it was their mistake.
The staff was extremely rude on the phone and even hung up on me. Very unprofessional and unacceptable customer service.
I will not return to this location and hope corporate sees this. If you make a mistake, at least treat customers with basic respect.

If I could give zero stars, I would.. I went to wingstop today at around 2:30 PM before me and my husband had to head to deal with some family stuff and we just got home at around 8:30 PM..
I went and picked up some boneless wings with fries with ranch to be specifically and the chicken was raw inside I even have a picture for proof but I can’t seem to clip photos to google reviews I rarely post reviews on google Especially Negative ones.
So the chicken was raw inside And we weren’t able to go back to the store or give a call to the store of Wingstop To Situate it Because like I mentioned, we had to leave to family important stuff we had no time. So we come back home and my husband gives a call to wingstop. First, they answer the phone someone else answered the phone And then it sounded like they hung up on him So he called back and explained to the new person who answered a female worker It sounded like someone hung up on him and then she got real mad and started going and saying That no one hung up on you, sir In a very rude voice No one hung up on you, sir The phone went out and started beeping on our end And then my husband said oh OK no problem I understand So then He explained the situation about the chicken And gave the order name to her that she needed to look up the order And she was saying that she can’t find any orders at that timeframe we entered with that name.. So either she was lying Or the system was broken Either or.. So then My husband said well that’s the only name my wife would use So then she goes and says in a stern voice again “ Well sir, I’m just trying to help you out and you’re not helping me or giving me any information to figure out the situation and you’re being very disrespectful and giving me an attitude..”
Now this is when the tables have turned when she said, especially about being disrespectful and giving her an attitude my husband did not give her an attitude or being disrespectful, I was right there when I heard that part.

So my husband was shocked when she said that and then went on to say, how did I give you an attitude or being disrespectful? I was just trying to explain to you the situation and if I sounded mean or disrespectful for giving you an attitude, take my apologies. I am apologizing to you, but I don’t believe I was being rude or disrespectful to you in any shape or form But if I said something wrong, my apologies And then he asked what did I say that sounded Disrespectful/attitude? This place was horrible. The workers were the most rude people I’ve ever seen. They threw my food and the boxes broke and the food got everywhere and they refused to give me a refund. And the ranch tasted funky so I took it to my school lab the next day and found out it was sperm. I’ve reported to police and waiting for farther actions.
The guys working here were nice, I ordered an 8 piece combo I asked that my chicken be fried hard because I do not like sauggy fatty not well done chicken. I ordered all flats as I always do because I don’t like big chicken at all I eat with my eyes first and foremost.
I got my order and I tried it in my car the fries were good but the chicken was not fried hard as I asked them to do, the chicken was soft, fatty and some pieces of chicken was big. The chickens that were big I through them in the garbage. Flavor was ok I do ordered lemon pepper and Parmesan all the time just not from this location but those are my goto flavors.
I also asked for blue dressing with my order, Once I got to my destination and tasted the blue cheese dressing I noticed it did not taste nothing like wingstop blue cheese dressing it tasted spoiled so I don’t know if they were aware of the dressing being spoiled but I can assure you the blue cheese tarted sour and again like it could had been spoiled the blue cheese dressing did upset my stomach so I did not really continue to eat it all like that but I did dip my chicken in it a few times just to make sure of what I was tasting and thinking was accurate.
Wingstop is extremely to expensive for what they offer for it to say wingstop and not chicken. Anyway my lunch has been ruined but it’s ok I’ll survive. I did eat all of my fries but the wings I could not eat it all because of the wings not being fried to perfection and also the big pieces of wings I mean I only ordered an 8 piece so imagine that.
And I said chicken in my review I meant wings because that’s what they market it as

It was literally the worst wing that I’ve ever had in my life. It took more than 20 minutes for an order of wings and fries, and then the wings were totally overcooked and at the same time when i opened up one there was watery inside. I think it was some cooked frozen wings dumped in very hot oil. And i got the garlic parmesan, which was just some parmesan dumped at once in one spot.

I did an app order for pickup for the boneless meal deal (20 wings, large fries, and two dips). The food was ready by the time i was promised and it was fresh and hot. My order was correct and i had no issues. I wanted some more sauce on my atomic wings and the staff, Maria, happily accommodated my request. This will definitely be my go to Wingstop. Again, Maria was wonderful and the staff overall were very welcoming.
