My food took so long to come out, i had to ask an employee but even should he was off his shift, he still made it for me. So that took around 30 minutes all in all for my food to come. then i went home, and threw up. something is wrong with those wings do not get cajun or original hot

Writing this while I'm STILL suffering. This location gave me AWFUL food poisoning I literally have been throwing up all night. Either the chicken was undercooked or contaminated. Please be careful.

Not real big about the cashier or staff touching the rim of the top of the cup and the lid. Other than that it was OK.

It's pretty weird that a shop that sells only wings can be so incredibly slow. Pickup times are basically never accurate.Even worse, if you happen to forget the credit card you paid for at home, but still have your ID and the order on the app, they'll refuse to let you pickup your order. Such a ridiculous policy. How is an ID not enough to pick up an order?

This Wingstop has to be the worst! To summarize everything. The food takes forever. They food came cold. The place reeks as the bathroom doors were open. Messy place no room to eatI ordered the Cajun combo and they took 30 minutes even tho they gave me a heads up it'll take about 15 minutes. I wasted my 1 hour break waiting for 30 minutes. Secondly, the food was cold. After waiting 30 minutes it was cold. I asked the lady to kindly remake it as the menu and I got mugged.

Ordered the Louisiana rub which turn out to be under seasoned...tasted as tho they just fried the wings and forgot the Louisiana rub...disappointing visit...online app showed Boscell store temporarily closed tho it wasn't so couldn't order ahead of time...

If you can ignore the sticky tables the food is good and I personally love it! Recommendation for the management, please cleanup the tables.

These wings were not very good. The ranch and the carrots and celery were the best of the bunch. The wings were not well cooked and I got the regular buffalo and they were very vinegary. My son got the garlic Parmesan. He said they weren't anything great and the barbecue said it wasn't anything to write home about my husband got the boneless chicken sandwich at the garlic Parmesan said it wasn't anything to write home about. I didn't think the wings were done. You need to make sure you ask for well done and get the french fries with cheese sauce because that's the only good thing about this restaurant was the french fries with cheese sauce and the carrots and celery with ranch dressing. That was it.

Good stuff but when I order for carry out, when it says your food is ready when I go for pick up they make you wait 5 more minutes by saying it's not ready the bad part is after waiting 5 minutes the fries is cold and burned

Wingstop is my favorite place for wings (tied with the Bonchon's in Sunnyvale). Food does take a while to prepare so I always order through the mobile app and pick up. If you don't, you're looking at a ~20ish minute wait. The chicken sandwiches are pretty good, but expensive for what they are. It's just chicken and 2 pickles for $5.99, but it comes with a dip as well. Compared to Popeye's $3.99 chicken sandwich, I'd probably go there instead if they had a closer location. Overall, I love Wingstop and they have the best ranch, even though I feel like it's super pricy at $1.80.

I've been coming to this location since 05'; for the most part it has been decent but my more recent experiences have been pretty negative. It does take a while to get your food so I highly recommend calling in ahead of time otherwise you'll be waiting 35 - 40 minutes. The last time my friends and I dined in here, they undercooked the fries even when I ordered them well done.My main gripe with this place is the takeout/delivery orders. They have some serious quality control issues as they are 3 for 3 for messing up my recent orders.First time they gave me the wrong wing flavor.Second time they forgot to include the veggie sticks.Third time they forgot the order of corn.At this point it's obvious that someone is dropping the ball and not checking the orders before they are getting picked up. It's extremely frustrating and annoying how they consistently fck up something so easy. If you are doing a carry out order, CHECK YOUR FOOD before you leave. If you are ordering through Doordash and they mess up your order, file a claim until you are satisfied with the solution. Doordash initially wanted to refund me only $2 for a missing order of 10 corns which is less than what it costs.I really hope the stores employees get it together and start double checking these orders. In terms of flavor and taste, the wings have a perfect amount of seasoning and are delicious.

Out of all three Wingstop- Fremont, Newark and Union city, this one in fremont has the least flavor, the wings are kind of plain and lacking of taste, we had the garlic Parmesan sauce and we hardly got the taste, so we decided to go back and asked for the sauce.
