Yogurtland is very good place for kids because they can choose by themselves a variety of toppings and yogurt base
Very nice location
Had a very bad experience with this new girl they hired.
I came in and noticed there was no chocolate and vanilla swirl so went to the front and waited 5 minutes til this girl showed up with an attitude like she was interrupted of her TikTok videos in the back. I asked her I can't find it and she goes and says oh you have to get it separately with a bad attitude. I told her I'm a customer no need for the nasty attitude. She thinks this is her house and she can talk to customers how she wants.
I asked for the manager and at first she denied to give me the info and then calls after I told her I would report her. Her manager apologized on her behalf and said she would have a talk with her.
Me, my friends, and family have been coming here for over 15 years but they lost my network of customers coming here over her bad behavior.
I asked for her name, but she wouldn't give it but she looked Hispanic with dark hair .
For the management please train your employees better and take drug tests.
Yum yum. Lol
Super nice worker!!!
Expensive and overrated
Total rip off! Buyer beware! So I’ve gone to this place several times and I know for a fact I’m being over charged. Today I was charged $15 for a cup of ice cream with minimum topping. I got the same amount of ice cream I typically get, and was charged double yes double of what I typically pay. This should be illegal because we really don’t know how they’re coming up with these numbers. Yes I know they weigh the ice cream, but I got less today than usual and charged double. I paid, but will never return. Corporate should look into what their employees are doing.
Decent number of options. Fewer than advertised on their website. Most taste ordinary. Few standouts.
Calorie counts on items are much appreciated.
Clean facility, helpful staff.
Not as good as the Milpitas one but still peak desert
Good experience

1. 16 flavors and binched in pairs of 8, so you can have swirls of two that are paired.
2. Pick a bowl and fill in what you need, even all 16 flavors. Get the weight taken and pay for it, full flexibility.
3. Good parking in the back side.
4. Very friendly customer service.
It was very tasty
Was really disappointed with Yogurtland Fremont. All the flavors tasted overly artificial, and even the mango—usually a safe and refreshing pick—was off. It’s surprising how you can go wrong with such a basic flavor. The variety was there, but nothing felt fresh or natural. Not the kind of frozen yogurt experience I was hoping for.
A quiet place on late Sunday morning. Kids friendly. Plenty of parking outside.
I get the staff here is young... but if your operation hours are until 10:30. There's no reason to be closing half the sitting area at 10 PM and telling customers that they can buy froyo but you can't stay inside you have to leave.
Hell your staff wouldn't even let one of my female colleagues use the restroom because it was closed (early).
I have a long history working in the food industry, this is mindboggling that yall treat customers this way. Not impressed, was passing through on business, will likely not be going back to this establishment.
