Very poor seating, would not visit again

We just went there 5 people. First of all the server was the most confused person ever. First of all we met our friends and they joined us here for dinner. We sat on 2 diff tables. The server told us you can order separate per table or together. We said ok is there a difference! He said no. We ordered together and he never mentioned that he will be charging us $33 tip if we do same table. If that was the case we could have paid separate. He barely did anything for us. Did not even give us bowls for the soup. Forgot our meats in the beginning. We had to tell him can you bring all our meats. He was like oh I forgot. He did not do anything to be charging us $33 tip for table of 5 people. Where is this policy? It was not on their website or neither did he tell us when he convinced us to order as same order. Even though we were 2 different parties. We came from an hour away and we honestly that is what disappointed us. I even told the server that you seem very confused. You told us to do it together so you can charge us gratuity for 5 people table? Its always 8 or more usually. We will not be returning again

Love this place! Lots of options, and with reasonable price. Self-order and service like in a buffet, make sure you are hungry when jump in ;)

Was delicious!!!! the service they catered to us as it was our first time there and the experience was wonderful. It’s such a different place to eat. Food variety is incredible and very diverse. We left feeling well supplied and serviced. The atmosphere was wonderful. We will certainly return again great place I would give them more stars if they were available.

If you like Sichuan style hot pot, give this place a try. They even have a pot separated to select 3 different broths, which I haven't seen before! There are both AYCE (see info below) and à la carte dining options with a DIY sauce bar and snack bar. The Uncle Iroh looking logo and paintings around the restaurant were pretty cute too.

I know this place for a long time but didn’t get a chance to come, until yesterday. The all you can eat is of a great value with uncompromised quality meats and meat specialties. Some Chinese authentic items are of a little extra which are priced very reasonably. The booth is terrific; should try the 变态辣 next time if my wife isn’t too against it. Highly recommended and will surely be back. Keep up the good work.

Self-service hot pot, the hot pot soup base is rich in flavor; the meat dishes are generous, meat lovers can come and explore it. The quality control of the dishes is very average. The yuba on the dish still has ice residue. The super fat beef and snowflake beef are obviously sliced ​​after thawing, which makes the meat break easily after being put into the pot, so the overall score is 3/5.

UPDATED REVIEW: Dropped rating to 3 stars as they have since changed their business quite a bit. Only 3 meats are available to order and the portions are significantly different than before. Additionally, the service has become a lot slower. Sadly, I don't think we will be coming back.

This is my favorite place to come for hot pot! I love the broth and meat quality- and it’s well priced for AYCE :)
