This Starbucks has been special since it first joined us here in Placentia. They served us so well during the pandemic closure while keeping safe. they are great community members and sponsor Coffee with a 👮♀️ Cop. Their seating area is amazing and they have two outdoor options.

Starbucks is a clean and kid-friendly coffee shop with great service. The employees are friendly and accommodating, even drawing balloons on cups for birthdays. The newer location is up to date, well kept, and has cheerful staff like Jason and Rose. Customers can expect good coffee and a pleasant atmosphere at this Starbucks. However, recent changes have affected the experience; some seating was removed, making it more limited for those coming to study or work. The space is now more brightly lit, and with the reduced area, the music sounds louder, which can be distracting. There are concerns about the focus of staff, as some customers feel they are mostly attentive to drive-thru orders and sometimes overlook those waiting inside. Despite these issues, there are positive notes, such as excellent service from staff like Dave, who listens to customers and provides great service, making some customers prefer visiting this location even over others near college and high schools.
