The newer location is up to date, well kept, and has cheerful staff like Jason and Rose. Customers can expect good coffee and a pleasant atmosphere at this Starbucks. However, recent changes have affected the experience; some seating was removed, making it more limited for those coming to study or work. The space is now more brightly lit, and with the reduced area, the music sounds louder, which can be distracting. There are concerns about the focus of staff, as some customers feel they are mostly attentive to drive-thru orders and sometimes overlook those waiting inside.
