Had my first rude experience at an Elk Grove DB. Just made me grateful for the team at Galt who is always so kind, makes their advertised drinks as so & don’t require the customer to remind each person on their order.

I’ve recently began coming to this Dutch and I’ll be honest, of all the Dutch Bros I have been to, the staff here is consistently unfriendly. This is, of course, not all the staff, however, more times than not the staff gives off the same customer service as a McDonald’s—annoyed you’re there and that they have to do their job.
