The doughnuts are ok and fresh, but overpriced and there is a low selection of different types- nothing special but nothing wrong either. The drinks are rather sweet but not quality coffee. The bagels are super bad and not fresh. The inside seems cleanly and well managed..
However, most alarmingly, the staff are impolite and boorish. If you are going to have overpriced ordinary level, unimpressive quality food, do not be rude to nice people who are coming to your restaurant instead of having coffee at home. Avoiding this establishment just because of extremely rude treatment.

When I moved to Galt I did feel a little homesick—I grew up with pink boxed donuts. No frills, just delicious treats. I was too shy to try new places but I found a mini cure for that nostalgia with this little donut shop.
This is THE neighborhood spot. The fresh classic donuts are crazy delightful: perfect fluffy dough and not overly sweet chocolate. They’re dangerously addictive—that’s how good they are.
I feel like there are very few community areas in our neck of the woods that are walkable and generally have a low barrier of entry, like I can’t wait when my kid is old enough to bike around our neighborhood and need to pick up school supplies at the Dollar Tree he can hang out there with his friends. I love seeing that around here. It’s a good spot and the kids I do see there now are courteous as well.
I love the owners that run this shop. They’re friendly and they stock the best aloe drinks I won’t find near here easily. Come by, especially in the morning when the donuts are fresh.

I'll be straight to the point. The order was not what I asked for. The lady managing the front sort of hesitated when I walked in to pick up my box. She did not tell me that the order was wrong. She just handed it to me really quickly. I only found out that the order was not what I ordered when I got home. She had stuff whatever she wanted in there. Some of the donuts were not fresh and the dough was a little dry. Never going back.

The lady at the front desk took her sweet time on her cellphone. She didn’t even acknowledge we were there. She spent a good 5 minutes giggling, before she actually came and attended us. When we went to pay she slammed the box of donuts on the counter. I should have checked the reviews first. Never coming here again. Very rude service!

I get donuts delivered consistently and they always give us the wrong ones and are delivered in unsealed random bags today was the most ridiculous being delivered donuts in a reused pear bag

We bought some doughnuts. Got home and the apple fritter tasted strange. After second bite you could see mold on the inside. Broke it apart and it was full of mold. It was so horrible. We returned all the doughnuts. They did not want to refund the money and were so rude about it. Finally they said they would refund, and issued the refund to a different card number. So far, no monies refunded.
I recommend, stay away. Just take a look at how dirty the place is and you should expect nothing less in the food. Horrible.

Terrible Service! The main lady in there is always rude! We get a dozen donuts every Friday morning and she never gives us the donuts we request. She literally ignores your order and just gives you random donuts. And she will give you the expensive donuts you don’t even ask for and charge you extra. Extremely frustrating! Unfortunately Galt is small and we have limited options! Or else we would go somewhere else!

When I got to the store at about 630pm at night, there was no one there. I walked through the door and the super loud ringer went off and we walked to the counter where the donuts were. The Asian lady with larger ears looked at me then slowly got up and went behind to the kitchen. She didn't greet me or acknowledge me in any way. She then goes to her rice cooker then flips her rice very slowly while I'm standing there waiting to be helped.After about 5 minutes of standing there she finally comes up and says hi in a low tone like she doesnt care. She was slow to get the donuts. Once I picked all my donuts I gave her my card then she rang me up and said thanks. She didn't offer to give a receipt and just left. I had to click the option looking upside down.Overall bad experience. The donuts were not good, I know they're not fresh but they tasted bland. I would not recommend this place, it'll leave a bad taste in your mouth and your mind.
