First off I want to say that the owners were friendly therefore I will give them three stars for service. With that said my go to spot is T2 Yan on twin cities. I'm used to ordering a dinner combo and pot stickers for less than $30. I decided to try Full Moon Palace right now and it was $40 for a combo, a side of chowmein (it was nicely stacked), and pot stickers. I could probably get behind the price if only the most important thing was there which is flavor... This was the most expensive and bland Chinese food I've ever tried. I Wish I would've stuck to T2 Yan, Hunan, or even Yen hot Chinese food inside of the Galt supermarket. The rice was cold and hard, the noodles were flavorless, the garlic chicken was bland, and the pot stickers were soggy and bland as well. The only other way this could've been saved was if the portions were right but this was the least amount of Chinese food served for the price. Do not recommend.

The shrimp fried rice here is the best in town.. so is the rest of the menu but the shrimp fried rice is my favorite.

I had dined here before and the food was fine. This time, however, came in on Sunday evening. About an hour before closing to pick up a phone order. We got the sweet-and-sour lunch special. The chow mien noodles were undercooked. The sweet-and-sour pork tasted like it was left over. It was hard and did not taste good. They are closed on Monday. Called on Tuesday, and the lady said bring the food in. They would not refund the money or make anything else. They were going to heat up the food for us. Seriously, that is ridiculous. I will never go there again.

We came in during lunch time and we ordered their lunch specials. I ordered Cashew chicken and hubby got Garlic Chicken. The latter was very good. Almost like Orange Chicken, texture-wise. Food was hot and fresh, served with soup and egg roll. It was good value for your money. The 2nd pic is Cashew Chicken. Its a little salty for my taste though.

First and last time. Order a comboPlate barely had any food and noodles were soggy. The food had no flavor as if were just stored in the fridge to reheat the next day.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place- really good food! I ordered the combo plate (you can choose any of the a la carte entrees- I got salt and pepper shrimp). Soup first, it was a tasty ground pork soup. Big plate of food arrived-the entrée was especially tasty, chow mein and fried rice were better than average, even the little eggroll was perfect. Place was super clean, even the restrooms. Big thing for me (how I base my tip)- my ice tea glass was never empty. I will eat here again.
