Finally an Indian restaurant in Galt and it's really good! Good variety, clean, friendly. We tried Butter chicken, Chicken Tikka, and Chicken Korma. We also tried the butter chicken fries which were pleasantly delicious and the veggie pakora. Everything was amazing and will definitely be coming back!

Inexpensive Indian food, can’t get better than this when you’re having a craving for it!I got the butter chicken, garlic naan and vegetable samosasWhile the sauce was more red than wat I was typically used to it was very tasty the chicken was soft and tenderThe rice was lightly salted but still very tastyI enjoyed dipping the samosas in the butter chicken sauceMy only suggestion is the garlic naan be taken out earlier as the bottom was a little overdone

Since this was a first time for me I'm kinda disappointed. The chicken wrap was kind of dry and the meat was pink , not sure if it was undercooked or just pink dark meat. I wish they would use breast meat. The butter chicken fries, well some parts of the potatoes were not cooked all the way (a bit hard). The butter chicken flavor itself was nice. Might give it another shot only because it's the ONLY Indian food spot in Galt. Three stars for flavor!

I was a bit skeptical when I noticed it was in a gas station, but hands down this is the best curry in the area. Curry and naan were made fresh in front of us within 10 minutes of order. They also accept DoorDash. I highly recommend everyone give it a try!

So good! We tried the chicken Tikka and the butter chicken plus the regular nan and garlic nan. Everything was delicious. They cooked it to order in front of us (including the nan) in less than ten minutes and adapted the spice level to what we wanted. Entrees came with rice. Inexpensive and so delicious. We will be back!

Just had a great lunch, we ordered the veg samosas, Chana masala, goat curry, and the tandoori chicken, it was delicious one of the best Indian dishes I've had since Amsterdam,, everything was cooked to perfection. This is now my go to spot. I called and talked to Manny(?), and told him how great the food was; He was relieved he thought I was going to make a complaint, but quite the contrary. I am excited that they are here for our city. Nothing but best wishes.

My wife and I love Indian food and we were excited to here Indian Kitchen was going to open in the 76 Gas Station on Simmerhorn. Since they recently opened we have ordered food there 3 times and it the food is delicious. The Palak Paneer is so delicious lots of flavor and spice. The Kofta Malai is so good can I say mouth gasm, no offense. We love there Samosas, Naan and rice. The service is great the staff are very polite friendly and professional. Galt is very lucky to have Indian Kitchen. We will definitely be frequenting Indian Kitchen often.

Located at 952 Simmerhorn Rd in Galt, California, Indian Kitchen is a true gastronomic delight that has left me utterly impressed. Under the fantastic management of Manny, this eatery has successfully blended the convenience of Chipotle with the rich flavors of Indian cuisine, creating a dining experience like no other. The first thing that struck me was the simplicity of the menu, yet it offered a plethora of vegetarian and vegan options. The service was not just friendly but impressively quick, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. For my culinary journey, I chose the malai kofta paired with garlic naan and a mango lassi. Let me tell you, each bite was a revelation! The garlic naan was a perfect harmony of freshness and crispiness, providing the ideal vessel for the star of the show--the malai kofta. The kofta was an epitome of freshness, deliciousness, and creaminess, reaching new heights of flavor. Opting for a medium spice level, the dish showcased a flawless balance of spices, making it the best Malai Kofta I have ever had. It was a rich and delicious indulgence that left a lasting impression. Now, let's talk about the mango lassi--a beverage that transcends expectations. OMG, it was off the charts good! The top-of-the-line mango pulp used in crafting this lassi lent it an authenticity that was simply unmatched. It was a refreshing and flavorful companion to the savory delights on the plate. What makes Indian Kitchen even more commendable is its commitment to the community. During the challenging times of COVID-19, Manny, the owner, generously donated to the United Sikhs program, aiding in feeding the homeless. This dedication to giving back to the community solidifies Indian Kitchen as not just a culinary gem but a socially responsible establishment. Adding to the appeal is the reasonable pricing, making Indian Kitchen a standout choice in comparison to other restaurants in the area. It's clear that this establishment is not just about providing exceptional food but also being a valuable addition to the community it serves. A special shoutout to Jas, another outstanding manager, who ensured my visit was nothing short of perfection. The attention and care provided only added to the overall positive experience. In conclusion, Indian Kitchen at 952 Simmerhorn Rd in Galt, CA, is a must-try for anyone seeking a culinary adventure that combines convenience, flavor, and social responsibility. I've fallen in love with this amazing restaurant and can't wait to return soon. Kudos to Manny, Jas, and the entire team for creating a dining haven that truly stands out!
