Came here while on a road trip home for a chicken sandwich with just cheese not only did they put everything on it they forgot the cheese that I paid extra for he didn't give us any straws or napkins for our food absolutely ridiculous I work in food service and the level of lack of care was wild

Food , cold , burnt, buns look step on 2nd time bread torn look like rats been chewing on it, got sick pull over , unchecked, didn't even make it to my destination, thus is the 3rd time in months, manager never there , when you ask, by law food is supposed to be a certain temp, that's why we are getting sick off this store, as a adult we can eat what we want, when your kid's getting sick from this garbage, something has to be done. They use to be hot and good around 6yrs ago...between 2019 and now, run go to elk grove, it's work the gas and to get decent food, I, was sick all night , I, thought it was me, then I'm like last time I, I came in got sick , it was galt ca jackn the box, cold nasty food I'm done, and where are your managers. This store, gives you food cold, not what you ask for, thown together, burnt, this is not the 1st time in the last month, after 10pm, burger with mustard spilling out ? burger, no one ask for extra. Meat cold pued on the side of the road , unchecked, 2nd time , im font this galt store needs to be closed down, ask for , a manager not there, they cover each other ass well, at this store...how dare you just take, take advantage of customers, if this is your personal. business run it as you wish, this is a corporation, why do I, have to drive way to elk grove in and out to get , some hot food , that do.t look like it's been sitting under , your foot
Service is so bad I was told they charge for ketchup and hot sauce after 6 packets. The packets are free to grab inside the restaurant. Also anytime I order here the food is treated like there was no care given to it and it looks like a mess. I will drive to Elk Grove or Lodi and recommend anyone who wants decent food and proper service to do the same.

It has been a while since I've visited a Jack in the Box, and this location was great! The workers were attentive and fast with bringing out the food. And the food was really good quality and well-prepared. Inside, everything was also really clean. It was probably the nicest Jack in the Box I've ever visited.
