They use to be hot and good around 6yrs ago...between 2019 and now, run go to elk grove, it's work the gas and to get decent food, I, was sick all night , I, thought it was me, then I'm like last time I, I came in got sick , it was galt ca jackn the box, cold nasty food I'm done, and where are your managers. Service is so bad I was told they charge for ketchup and hot sauce after 6 packets. The packets are free to grab inside the restaurant. Also anytime I order here the food is treated like there was no care given to it and it looks like a mess. I will drive to Elk Grove or Lodi and recommend anyone who wants decent food and proper service to do the same.

It has been a while since I've visited a Jack in the Box, and this location was great! The workers were attentive and fast with bringing out the food. And the food was really good quality and well-prepared. Inside, everything was also really clean. It was probably the nicest Jack in the Box I've ever visited.

They messed up my order not just once twice I told them to pay attention to detail that I order 2 plain jumbo jacks on my online order and gave me the wrong order twice after going back up there and showing them what my order was supposed to be stated that I was allergic to tomatoes and still made my order wrong what complete waste of human intelligence worst Experience ever would never recommend any way to go here they don’t pay attention at all and rush you unprofessional

So I frequent Jack-in-the-Box quite often for my kid and I always get a hamburger kids meal and I ask them please to just give me one ketchup and it usually comes with a small drink, but this one here in Galt always gives me a handful of ketchup and a huge Coke I don’t get it. This happens only at the store in Galt.
Going this place from years but this time experience is terrible service is worst ever order including 2 larg curly fries 🍟 fries are all left overs peices burnt chewy. Told them 3 times don't add any meat into order still got ham. Will not go there again.
