The service here at this KFC was amazing. As soon as I walked in I was greeted very kindly by 2 young ladies whose names are Diana and Rebecca. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to get and I was told to take my time that there was no rush. I ordered a pot pie meal and was offered to do this thing called going large on a combo where I can get a small side and make my drink a large for just $2 more how cool is that?! I was given my meal within a span of 3 minutes by a very nice guy named Anthony and was told that my pot pie had just came out fresh from the oven and I knew instantly I was gonna be satisfied because who doesn’t want their food nice and fresh, because I sure do. Anyways, I was offered a variety of sauces for my meal and I asked for hot sauce and I was given a handful of it, I was shocked but satisfied at the same time because I know other places are stingy with their sauces and only give out like 1 or 2 packs. I’m finally eating my pot pie at one of their tables and omg it was so good it had so much chicken which is my favorite part about their pot pies it was so yummy. As I’m leaving I was told by that young lady Rebecca that she and her crew would appreciate it if I left a review on their service and the food so here I am writing this! These workers were so sweet I’m definitely coming back soon everything was amazing.

This KFC has been the best one i’ve ever gone to 10 out of 10 amazing warm chicken with perfect seasoning and the fries were nice and warm and fresh. Oh and the mashed potatoes were absolutely amazing consistency. I definitely recommend and will be coming here again!!!

This kfc always closes at 9pm; service depends on the staff, sometimes you get kind young ladies who care and make you want to leave positive reviews, but if you go at night you usually get this one dude manager who looks blazed all the time and is regularly disrespectful to staff and customers and knows he can get away with it. I think they usually have parties in the back at 9 pm which is why they close early. You can see party lights, hear people partying, loud music, and there’s no staff or customers but the parking lot is full, when I’ve gone at times in the past; and in these moments usually all (except maybe one) employees look like they all recently took fat hits of something. I’ve had issues in the past with mobile orders placed after 9pm.
Basically, don’t trust the night staff (that manager gives major creep vibes when you hear him talk to female staff), otherwise the food can be good most of the time. Also, I will say everyone I know that used to work here only has horror stories regarding food handling ethics, but none have worked in recent years and it’s Galt and sometimes you’re desperate for anything affordable and different.
This kfc honestly embodies the entire personality of the city of Galt… now that I think about it, but would be nice if owners cared more about how dinner customers, and their staff, get treated.

Took them 10 minutes to make three chicken tenders got the chicken. It was the smallest pieces of chicken ever so on top of only getting about five minutes to eat my food after travel time and I only get a 30 minute lunch break I’m not full and I wasted my time would not recommend going here during the lunch hour. They are fully not prepared. You can’t have chicken tenders ready to go in my air fryer at home only take six minutes not 10.

Have lived here for 10 years and am sick of ALWAYS getting super DRY food and them NEVER having any of the online deals or limited time flavors available. You place your order and get to the window just for them to tell you they don't have half the food.
Had to return the chicken could not eat because it tasted like ratchet grease. The stores look like it hadn't been cleaned all day.It was very dirty.

Online orders will go through and charge your card then not show up in the store. Refunding is not accessible online. Do not buy anything online here, if you have to shop here try to pay at the location and get a receipt.
Also they close early and will not let you know if you are in the store when they feel like doing this.
I was in store at 9:25 and they turned off power and said they couldn’t receive the online order we had placed when they close at 11 on weekends. Lazy staff and a disappointing establishment overall.
