I'm not sure what hot and ready means to this location but to me it doesn't mean a 25 min wait. The sign clearly says between 4-8pm it is hot and ready. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and deep dish. I was told at the counter 10 min wait(since none were ready) and after over 20 min I had to ask for my food which was clearly sitting in the back counter.
