I placed an online order for delivery and when I closed out the website it also closed out the page that allowed me to track my order. So I called the store to see if they can help me track it and the shift manager was rude and tells me there was nothing that they could do about it. It was his deliverance that was rude and it seemed like he was trying to rush me off the phone. He needs to work on his customer service skills and they need to update their website so online orders are able to track orders after its been placed. Never again with this place.

Employees can’t hear me because they are wearing AirPods so they keep repeating the same thing over and over.Want the hot and ready pizza , don’t bother they never have it ready it’s always “that will be 15 minutes “ frustrating when I’m trying to pick up a quick lunch and make it back to work.

Got to crazy bread, deep dish, pizza, and Italian cheesy bread- waste of money no taste a frozen pizza would've been much better. Wasted $29.00. I was told it would take 20 minutes to make showed up in 15 got the food home within five minutes from the store. Pizza was dry seem like it was sitting out, not fresh at all. Don't waste your money there.

Tried to call 3xs to pickup an order. The ¹st time vm, ²nd someone picked up and hung up and did the same thing the ³rd time. The owner needs to fire them.

Kids love the pretzel crust pizza, I love the pan pizza. Sometimes I get all meat and sometimes I get vegetarian. Call ahead for order to be ready sooner but they don't always have enough employees to answer all calls. Sometimes you just gotta get down there to order. But it's probably the best priced pizza in town. Get the Italian cheesy bread with marinara sauce, those things taste great.Vegetarian options: I sometimes get an all vegetable pizza, I think what they had was onions, mushrooms, bell peppers and olives : ) taste great on pan pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese if you so desire....Kid-friendliness: My kids weren't with me but I mentioned that I have four boys and the employee gave me four cookies for them. Very nice people.

Charged me for 2 pepperoni pizzas and a 2 litter of soda and said I didn't pay for the soda so we were charged and didnt get a soda. Fat man in the front taking orders was rude and clearly hates his job.

Last night my wife called multiple times to place an order to pick up with no answer. She went in and ordered and asked about the phone ( which was ringing non stop) amd the employee stated they dont answer the phone after 9 pm.
