The speed of the food was great! The service was quick and pleasant. I ordered sushi rolls and some gyoza. The only thing I would change is that they really do smother all of the rolls in this sweet mayonnaise style sauce that hinders the flavor of the fish. So, I would just go much lighter on that or even remove it all together.
Very good experience. Stopped in for a quick takeout. Took my order and got it out to me very quickly. Spicy pork with gyoza. The pork was high quality with a little bit of spice, not overbearing. Could use a little less salt in it though. Their rice is top notch, cooked perfectly, light and fluffy. The gyoza was cooked well and tasted good. The salad was a nice touch. More food than I could eat, I would eat here again if I am in Galt. I look forward to tackling some...
Fantastic food, the big spare ribs are great. My family all ordered different sushi rolls loved them all. Staff is a little busy, but overall service was good. I will return loved the bbq short ribs.
