It ended up being a late lunch with the wife. We decided to try out a new spot. It was a bit later in the day. The food was served perfectly as we requested for a few small modifications. The service was solid. We felt the price was great. If you are looking for a small town vibe with a small town restaurant then this is the place that you need to be!!
This is one of the best sushi places around, hands down! And I can't believe we found it in Galt! :)

The speed of the food was great! The service was quick and pleasant. I ordered sushi rolls and some gyoza. The only thing I would change is that they really do smother all of the rolls in this sweet mayonnaise style sauce that hinders the flavor of the fish. So, I would just go much lighter on that or even remove it all together.
