Hire more people especially at 7 o’clock at night during rush dinner hour. I shouldn’t have to wait around 10 minutes just to ask somebody if the shake machine is working. (which if you want a milkshake, or ice cream don’t go here right now. they apparently don’t even have the machine atm). This isn’t the first time I’ve had to stand around waiting in line and it gets more aggravating every time I come to this McDonald’s.

I ordered my food at 6:15pm then I arrived at 6:27pm, but they didn't have my food ready until 6:50pm!! From 6:27-6:39pm, I watched cars arrive and leave while I still waited, I went inside at 6:40pm and told the counter girl I was waiting for my curbside pick up she said okay and then she never came out until 6:50pm while I was in the lobby & already telling the manager, José, to cancel my order. The counter girl wasn't paying attention & walked by us then went to my car even though I was already in the lobby & already spoke to her previously about my order, but I'm speaking to the manager, because I couldn't cancel the order on the app because my order timed out before they could give me my food. When the counter girl interrupted me talking to José about the situation. She said "The customer isn't in their car or outside. I don't know what to do." I told both of them "yeah I been trying to cancel the order." And they both looked super confused as if I told them a Math joke. José at the Galt location who confirmed that I didn't get my order when he said "This order that came out, just now?" at 6:51pm. I let him know I would like my 6,000 points refunded due to it taking over 30 mins to get my food. He told me he has no control over the app. So I filed a complaint & now my review because they don't care about how unfairly I was treated. Like just because someone decided to do curbside pick up, doesn't mean they should be FORCED to wait 20+ minutes for food. They called me after I filed a complaint, but I left a voicemail about the situation & now they won't return my calls. I highly don't recommend ordering at this location, I don't plan on going back.

Pricing was very shocking. I ordered two steak, egg, and cheese bagel breakfast meals with orange juice and received a bill for $32 and some change. I grew up enjoying McDonalds but these prices are steering me away. My apologies, I may not visit as much anymore because of the price inflations.

there food is amazing and the cashiers are awesome I enjoy coming here
Extremely overpriced meals, horrible customer service . Yet they get paid 20 bucks an hour and can’t even handle a simple exchange on a damm cup . I came here and spent 30 dollars on 2 fries , med soda , 20 nuggets and I was given the same cup twice . I kindly ask them for a different cup.

Great place!! Workers are super friendly and and food is always fresh. The order is always correct, too ?
Food was prepared quickly and as ordered. Restaurant was neat and tidy. All this right in the middle of the 12:00 lunch hour. Special shout out to Jimmy (Mr. Rogers) who went out of his way to make sure our table was clean and we had everything we needed. Never felt so taken care of at a McDonald's.
