Gave me a pizza that had left the store. Then said they made a new one, in 3 minutes? They gave the the same one. WATCH THEM MAKE THE PIZZA SO YOU DON'T A USED PIZZA.

1/2023 -I ordered the Chicago stuffed pizza for a Saturday's dinner and that was the best pizza we have had in a long time, even with me going to Papa Murphy's for previous pizzas. I guess this one was better then the rest because I went out doing out "Atmospheric weather" to get it.The Chicago pizza had a variety of Papa Murphy fresh meats & vegetables. My granddaughter said it looked like a lasagna coming out of the oven piping hot!!! It was cheesy and what I liked were the green onions. The juice or oils that come from the meats and veggies gives it its taste where it's not dry.I always bought the Chicago stuffed pizza when my boys were teenagers that way I didn't have to worry about them being hungry and raiding the refrigerator for something. I never stopped going to Papa Murphy's even when I lived by myself, I just bought smaller ones. I have now moved closer to my family and I have two grandsons & a granddaughter I will pick up the tradition again.

I literally busted a fat nut after eating their Hoggiest of heaven pizza. Their pizza is so good I promise, nay, I guarantee that you will spread your cheeks for a chance to taste their cheesy wheels of pure ecstasy. Way better than the papa Murphy's in lodi (run by that filthy gremlin John). Check this place out, you will not regret it (your spouse will since you will probably divorce them in favor of eating the hog heaven for the rest of your miserable life).

Poor customer kindnees, lady answered phone the minute i mentioned EBT she hung up after she said yes, Im guessing she never had hunger or utilized EBT! For the record ive worked all my life 40 years! And we do make calls for family and friends whom the f ever! So the money is still being made for the pizza joint So educate u employees

Very unprofessional swearing to and in-front of costumers. Delayed order taking time almost considered ignoring customers before taking their order. It wasn't busy whatsoever so there was no reason to ignore and delay getting our order taken. Store was dirty in the dining room and the backroom (dough on the floor).

We have been getting pizza's from Papa Murphy's since they opened. There have been some mistakes over the years but today's was the most frustrating. My husband ordered a Cowboy with white sauce and a pepperoni with pineapple with red sauce. They switched the sauces on the pizza's and when I called back they appoligized and had my husband drive 10 miles back with the pizza's to get the right ones. I found it interesting they wanted the ones they made back although we would not have eaten them. Those cannot be sold again and the wrapping on one of the pizza's was open. Nothing else was offered. I wouldn't be upset if they had offered a free pizza the next time we came in. That would be logical. Poor customer service.

Ordered 2 large pizza's on Tuesday the $12.99 day. Got home 2 find my daughter cooking 1large & 1 med pizza. When I called to question my order I was told I can bring the pizza's back for a exchange. Seriously????I live 10 miles away with the price of gas I think not...

First time I've faced HORRIBLE customer service. No name tag. I asked her name, she replied Kayla. I had placed my order online in the morning. Went to pick up at 5:15. I was told she just sold the last of what I ordered. Pointed at a different item - said take that. I said, I didn't want that item. (If I wanted that, I would've ordered that). The man ringing me up, says... I'll make you another.... of the item I had ordered. Kayla says, no you won't. We don't have time for that.... She was rude. Snarky. She again pointed and says. Just take that. It has more cheese. It'll be fine. I said, no. My husband won't eat that... Very frustrating experience due to Kayla's extremely poor customer service. I received a refund and went elsewhere.

Hey. Picked up 3 pizzas on Saturday eve. Was Greeted by all 3 workers. Service was GREAT. Kayla was fast, yet took the time to chat, and she was also hilarious. She is good for business, was enjoying her work, AND had a marvelous personality. All three workers (Including Robert and Brandon) were on top of their jobs, yet all were positive about their work. Shout out to the owners and managers of this place. (AND, the pizzas baked up perfect, and tasted perfect, as usual.)
