I absolutely love this Starbucks in Galt! The customer service is always amazing—everyone is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. One of the baristas Samantha especially stands out and always goes above and beyond to make each visit a great experience. My orders are made quickly and correctly, even during busy times, and the staff always makes me feel appreciated as a customer. It’s such a positive, comfortable environment every time I visit. Highly recommend!

This isn’t a regular Starbucks review. I want you to Imagine a longtime friend who’s been through it all with you—the laughs, the tears, and everyday life. That’s how these employees treat their customers.
I’ve been a regular here for quite some time, and the joy and kindness they share is unmatched by any coffee place I’ve been to. They feel like family. I’ve shared great conversations and laughs with them, and on my bad days, they’re always there with a smile to make things better.
One of my favorite touches is the encouraging, witty messages they write on the cups. This is the best coffee place in Galt—truly a happy place. Huge thanks to the hardworking ladies serving our community. Proud of this team. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not from the area but its close to my parents house. I came to this Starbucks 3 x this weekend because i was visiting for Thanksgiving. All the drinks I ordered over the course of 2 days was supposed to have a nice foam top that's like half the enjoyment of an $8 drink and I always tip at least an extra $1 only for these folks out here to screw me on my drinks by 3 different people and not too make my drink properly and skimp me on the foam is extremely upsetting this is an issue at this starbucks that absolutely should be addressed right away and than when I see the two reviews right below mine with alot of issues its apparent that this Starbucks is lacking proper management and training its time to manage this store DM when I come back in a week I will not say anything and I will ask for a drink with some type of foam and see if this issue has been addressed and see if you guys are even paying attention and care about your customers if not as a local barber that deals with everyone in the community ill be sure to let everyone know which Starbucks to stay away from so upset that 3 different times you did me wrong and by 3 different people says something about your employees.
Do you have any idea how upsetting it is to look forward to your favorite drink that you fell in love with and that keeps you loyal to the brand only to go to a store that completely fails to make there drinks properly its like there trying to be cheap I'm half home which is like a 10 minute drive by the time I take my first sip and realize I got screwed.
I rarely give bad reviews this is one of more upsetting experiences in recent years. Please pay attention and fix right away I have zero patience for this it seems intentional like there manager or someone is telling the employees to skimp on the foam to cut cost its total bs.

Horrible service when ordering inside. After 15 min of waiting for my drink I asked where I was in line. Barista expressed I was still 10 drinks away. There was nobody else waiting! They put all their mobile orders first with no staff working on dining orders. I ended up walking out without my order. The manager at the time was rude & unprofessional. I will never order from this location again!

Worst Starbucks experience ever. There was no toilet paper, no soap in the restrooms. We asked them nicely for the toilet paper and 20 minutes pass by and nobody came by. Literally another client waiting in the line brought me napkins to use. 3 of used the restrooms and still no toilet paper. And they only had dispenser outside with napkins as well. The crew ignored everybody. Very disappointed from Starbucks. Like I said worst starbucks experience. Sorry

Waited 2 hours in line for the holiday drop I was 3rd in line .. the store had 8 bear cups .. mind you there was a line of people waiting for the doors to open to get the new drop and the employees allowed someone in drive thru to order the cups before allowing anyone in line to come in ! Completely unfair to everyone who waited hours in line !!

Coffee wasn’t bad, the only issue was, I ordered, and paid for, ESPRESSO. It’s very frustrating to receive a drink you don’t like and be paying extra for a drink you don’t like, and wouldn’t order. I don’t drink coffee because it tastes like water but now I have creamy water with coffee flavor in it. Yay! Thank god we couldn’t just get the job done right guys?

Pulled into the drive-through and all I hear is “ we’re closed” I come every Friday and Saturday around 9:15pm and I’ve never had this trouble before. It says open online but they say they’re closed?

I’ve gone to this location almost everyday for a year or so typically in the morning to get my daily coffee, and I’ve had really great experiences until about a month ago. I don’t know if they’ve hired a new morning crew or these are the new high school graduates but every time I’ve gone for the past month I’ve had some very icky experiences. No hate to the later crews, I love yall! Yall are still great, but something needs to be done with this new morning crew. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve written the nasty attitudes off the first few times it happened, everyone has bad days, but when it becomes everytime I visit this location in the morning I have a bad experience with poor attitude employees, I’m not writing it off anymore. I always mobile order ahead and I always pull through the drive thru and give them my name for the order so it’s ready when I get up to the window. One morning I won’t forget I told the male on the speaker I had a mobile order and gave him my name to which he didn’t respond after that. I then sat there at the speaker waiting for a response like “ok pull forward” (which is what is always said every single time I’ve been to Starbucks without fail). Instead I hear him talking bad about me and quite literally mocking me, probably not knowing his mic isn’t muted and I can fully hear every word he is spewing out of his mouth. Aside from that specific experience, the morning crew has been very poor attitude, condescending, and dismissive. Just all around very poor customer service from the new morning people, these people clearly can’t handle this line of work. I’ll stick back to going to the Elk Grove location by my house where the employees are very friendly and don’t drain you of your good energy.

Wrong address is Google. It brings you do a farm.
No matter how busy they are I can still expect to get out of the drive through in under 10 minutes with still a well made coffee. And the employees are always very nice
