I got an order and They told me that they had the red cups but when I got there and picked up my order they didn't even have them They said they sold out. They lied to me to me and one of the baristas was very rude. I got a holiday beverages and I feel like they should respect that I got the order and I should have got 3 red cups because I got three holiday drinks.

I came in for a Medicine Ball, and it was prepared quickly and tasted as expected. The service was efficient, and the store and bathroom were clean. Unlike many locations, this store is open until 9, which is convenient for an evening stop.

I ordered a house blend coffee on the Starbucks app and was advised order ready by 6:07...my order was not done until 6:18! Server was rude and dismissive. I get coffee here every day and considering alternative coffee shop.

There are a couple that give superior service but the rest are not nice and rush you along and don't give you the same service as the other Starbucks I visit. My step father refuses to patron this location. As will I from now on. 2nd time I was brushed off. This location is off brand.

Who in this lifetime enjoys Starbucks and its coffee, lattes, frapps, sweets, juices and the list goes on....? May be a bit pricey for some individuals but why not go ahead if there is a Starbucks in sight go for it! I give an A+ to the Safeway Starbucks on Glen Cove, Vallejo for customer service and for appearance. I ordered the chestnut praline Christmas coffee and boy it was DELISH! Try it and with the holidays 2024 flavors. Who can go wrong?
