Ordered a sandwich via the app tonight and they missed half of what I requested veggie wise. I’m not sure how hard it is to follow a printed direction from online especially when they tape the receipt of what I requested to the bag so I know there was no confusion with technology . So disappointing for the price of food these days.

Everytime I come here they do not put the correct amount of meat. I used to work for subway and I know that the quantity of each item is counted. I ordered a spicy Italian 6 inch, I got 2 slices of salami and 2 slices of pepperoni. I ordered a small drink and was charged for a large. The productivity was low due to work flow and therefore the customer wait time was longer than it should have been. Staff was not familiar with types of sandwiches. Staff was not familiar with a productive work flow. Someone should have been starting sandwiches with meat and cheese ect. Someone should have been doing veggies and someone ringing up during lunch hour. This was not the case. Staff bounced back in forth to different stations. Our lunch was thrown together in a hurry with incorrect amounts of ingredients and therefore was not to our satisfaction. Everytime I come in this store has new staff. Fast turn around, Over charged, not minimum amount of ingredients.

There is a lack of people who speak Spanish, the other day I went there and I met a person who spoke English and he was very friendly, I just pointed it out to him and he understood, thanks to him for so much kindness and patience.

I hadn't gone to a Subway in a few years. It used to be my go to for lunch at least once or twice a week when I was working. This Subway needed a face-lift. Seemed run down.I had ordered a foot long chicken bacon ranch. The young woman making the sandwich was very stingy on the ingredients. I asked for the bacon to be well done. So she cooked it separately and it was still uncooked and limp not the way I like my bacon. She then proceeded to put ranch on the sandwich a few little squirts, so I asked for more. It was not a good experience at all. She asked if I wanted cheese I forgot that was extra. Well my footlong and a bag of chips was $16plus change.I walked out and couldn't believe it.The worst $16.00 meal I've had in a long time.P.s my bf wanted a cold cut sandwich (which was on their billboard) the girl said"Oh yeah we don't make that anymore"So he didn't order anything.I just wasn't impressed at all.I doubt I'll ever step foot into a Subway ever again
