Saw a commercial today for their new chicken tenders This is hilarious. They don’t look anything like your commercial. There’s some dried up old chicken. It looks like it’s been sitting there all day long. Don’t promote something new if This is what you put out it’s disgusting

It’s a rip off don’t believe the signs in the window because that must be just a suggestion that’s not the real prices and you don’t know it until you pay and they asked you for $20 and you only bought a handful of items. Burritos are chewy the flour tortilla the Gorditos are chewy nothing crunchy about them. A green burrito has no green sauce, and a Tostitos are about the size of a silver dollar pancake with very, very very little toppings. $22 total bill two people

Ordered my food made me pull out to the parking lot and wait to save there time even tho no one was in line . Wouldn't be a big deal but made me wait 15min for trash quality. Mexican pizza was sause less . Extra red sause on my burrito wasn't Extra. Just trash didn't even eat it

Seems the more I've gone here the worst it's been. Forgetting chips and cheese or cinnamon twists wasn't that bad but not giving my half my order tonight was my last straw. Sham they're paid $20 an hour now

The workers here refuse to serve breakfast after 10:40am and honestly half the time the food is burnt or not made to order anyways; even when it's burnt it still somehow gets served cold. Otherwise, I always find different portions are always served in the food; aggressively filled with rice and little beans; substituting nacho cheese for shredded without asked. They lack quality and consistency in their work ethic here, so be ready for disappointment.If you happen to order breakfast and arrive before 11, and they are no longer serving breakfast; they will not assist you or refund you or anything, but curtly suggest you take it up with 1 800 taco bell.I assure you I will make the drive to taco bell on c st if I ever want to eat here again; I suggest you do the same. The only thing this place is really here for is the pre-teenagers local hangout spot.Update: we called 1 800 taco bell to confirm; it's a line that simply says "welcome to taco bell we are currently closed"Do NOT go to this taco bell; they WILL take your money, not give you your food, AND refuse to refund you.
