Another forgettable fiesta of flavorless food.

Tacos Aijado Catering? More like Tacos “I’m good, thanks.” Just another mediocre Mexican spot riding the wave of “authentic” without delivering anything worth a second bite.

The only decent thing that came out of this sad spread was the spicy salsa, and that’s only because it temporarily distracted me from how terrible everything else was.

The chilaquiles? A soggy, flavorless mess that tasted like someone dumped tortilla chips in tap water and called it a day. The beans and rice were so bland I started questioning if my taste buds had quit out of protest. Zero seasoning. Zero soul. Just carbs and sadness.

Honestly, if you’re catering an event and want people to leave early, go ahead and book Tacos Aijado. Otherwise, do yourself, and your guests, a favor and look elsewhere.

Nice to go with the family

The Tacos Ahijado Truck on Twin Cities Rd on the east side of Hwy 99 is great! Open every day except for Sunday, I think. It is convenient, delicious and a quick place to stop for a bite to eat. The service is friendly, there are always people there, and the food is fairly priced. We got asada and pastor tacos, both had plentiful portions of meat and were very flavorful. The salsa isn’t very spicy, but I’m sure I could have asked for spicier. They come packaged on a plate covered with foil, so make sure not to put them on the passenger seat on the way home!

Galt is known for a plethora of Mexican food choices, but this one is solid! They also own the restaurant in the same parking lot, though I have yet to try it. We recommend it!!!

We don't have a lot of Mexican in Australia and trying Mexican in California was one of my goals. It's not fancy and the menu is basic, but everything tasted fantastic and was delivered very quickly. A great stop while driving by.

Parking: They are stationed on a business corner ,just have to look out for the truck drivers, who also know this place has great food. Also fast service

This is a good truck. The tacos are definitely better than the burrito. I would just get tacos next time. - the salsa was notably good

They don't do sauce on the side...other than that remarkable. The sauce is a habenero sauce and amazing and spicy. The chicken tacos are unique but the carnitas and asada are also devine. The burrito is one of a kind. ... conveniently just off of the highway.
