First time here 9/10/2025 the service was awesome and the food is definitely better than the east coast Mexican food. I'll recommend this restaurant to any one who's looking for awesome Mexican food.
The Tacos Ahijado Truck on Twin Cities Rd on the east side of Hwy 99 is great! Open every day except for Sunday, I think. It is convenient, delicious and a quick place to stop for a bite to eat. The service is friendly, there are always people there, and the food is fairly priced. We got asada and pastor tacos, both had plentiful portions of meat and were very flavorful. The salsa isn’t very spicy, but I’m sure I could have asked for spicier. They come packaged on a plate...
We don't have a lot of Mexican in Australia and trying Mexican in California was one of my goals. It's not fancy and the menu is basic, but everything tasted fantastic and was delivered very quickly. A great stop while driving by.
