Older restaurant. Not great looking, but the food (Carnita Taco Salad) was fantastic, generous portions!
Kid-friendliness: Since it is an older restaurant and set up cafeteria style, theres no worries about your child being to loud (it already tends to be loud) or breaking inthing.
Parking: The restaurant is in a small strip mall so there is always plenty plenty of free parking.

I got the chili Verde tonight and while the food was good. I ended up with a lil over a half cup of nothing but chunks of fat. I understand that there will be some fat in the pork. But solid chunks of fat is just lazy on the kitchen staff

We had the veggie quesadilla and the carnitas burrito. Both were tasty! The meat in the carnitas burrito was nice and moist, not dry and crumbly (which can happen with pork). Very well cooked. The rice, soooo good! I will definitely be going back before I leave the area. Oh and their salsa is very good as well! I would also say this place is reasonably priced and the quality of food is great!

Wheelchair accessibility: No steps to access, door is easy to open. Friendly staff if help is needed.

Used to be our go to for huevos divorciados and menudo. Last time we we visited there was a strange smell in the restaurant and no more table service. The waitress said that was per the owner. Left and came to Velvet creamery. I hope they get it together so we can go back one day...

So today I decided to eat at El Rodeo, I got a wet California burrito and a super burrito. I got home and found no fries no guacamole, and the carnitas were dryyyyy. My wife's burrito had no guacamole and sour cream and when we called they checked and the cook admitted to not putting those items in the burritos. Offered 50% off one burrito next time. What happened to El Rodeo Galt? They used to be so good and now they don't really care. Mmmm I hate even writing this but really.

Hello folks going out to any restaurants lately I understand the prices need to go up cover all your costs. The level of service should not drop and the size of portions should not drop. But there will be no left overs unless you order one plate to go. The food is still the best Just not that much of it. Thats all. You agree disagree let me know.
