Tipsy Cow is such a wonderful place to meetup with friends and catch up on old times. Stratton's is right next door, Tipsy allows outside food and the interior is quite fantastic, charming, comfortable, a cozy place to meetup with friends or to come by myself and have some alone time. They have done an amazing with the building and renovation, it feels like a "Cheers"-esque environment, everyone does know your name and it's a great chill vibe. OHH! Also, the drinks, a fine selection of beer and wine, my favorite is the champagne and mimosas , I love those mimosas. The staff here is absolutely amazing, top notch, you really need to come and try this place.
