My husband and I were on a date night for a Friday night after a long day of work. We decided to go downtown Monterey and search for a nice glass of wine. I found Bella Viva on the internet and we were so amazed at how this place looked so sophisticated, fancy and inviting. The reviews were great. Richard the owner had great customer service skills. The wine as great, I had a flight of both red and white. The setting was a nice rustic feel, great patrons and friendly staff. The food selection was not that robust or tasty, thus I'd say go for the wine.
As we were passing through on our way to San Francisco, we decided to look for a Local restaurant & found Bella Viva. It was delicious! Friendly & great service & delicious food! We’ll be back next time we pass through Giltoy! Highly recommend!
