They charged me $18 for two sesame seed toasted bagels with honey butter. When I questioned it at the window they doubled down and said it was correct. I came again and complained and was told by a third person that they didn't charge me that even though that clerk was not there previously. I tossed the receipt because I planned on never going there again. They also used to be generous with the honey butter, now they don't even spread it fully on the bagel. Same three cashiers all throughout. I have gotten dozens of bagels here, but I will never ever come here again. Shameful behavior.

2 stars all around. Only come here out of sheer convenience and even then, it’s not very convenient because of how slow they are. $1.65 for butter on a bagel? $10 for a bagel sandwich? It’s places like this that make me think “damn I really am better off making food at home.”

I've literally NEVER had such fast, accurate, pleasant service in a coffee shop! My bagels and latte were fresh and absolutely delicious! The staff is absolutely AMAZING!

I arrived in the morning with my friends and the service was amazing and staff are very friendly. I really enjoyed my breakfast bagel and I would definitely come back again.

This place is very expensive compared to other bagel stores. They gave me ONE slice of lox, and a very small side of plain cream cheese for $2.15! Outrageous! I’ll go to the bagel place on first street. My whole order was a little over $15.

This bagel breakfast place.I like to go to because it's very convenient and it has a drive through. The employees there are very polite and nice and we'll give you a big smile when you leave.
Decent food. Their bagels are little hard and croissants are very salty. We ordered california turney sandwich and ham sandwich. Decent taste. We went there as it was drive thru.

I wish I could’ve taken pictures of my bagels. They were amazing! I’ve had a breakfast sandwich on jalacheddar and lunch sandwich on pesto Asiago. All super delicious!
Fine place for the price. We went for the first time today, and the drive thru was packed, so it was a little slow, which was totally fine. We didn't mind waiting. When we got our food we checked the sandwiches and mine was on the wrong bagel. We parked and I went inside. The inside was pretty small and pretty empty. The woman who helped me was super quiet, and they had a plexiglass up as well, so I asked her to repeat a lot of what she was saying. She seemed annoyed that she had to repeat herself, and I told her I couldn't hear anything she's saying. Despite that, she looked at the receipt and corrected the order.
I don't think they had all their drink options on the menu because when I went inside, I saw they had orange juice (bottled and in cups) as well as bottled soda, and they had chips. They don't offer sides like hash browns or fries, but the sandwiches were pretty good. We paid 34$ for two bagel sandwiches and two smoothies, which were really good as well.
