Decor is out of season. Bagels are good. Coffee is weak. Service is rude. They treat consumers as an inconvenience. Not recommend for an enjoyable stop inside seating. They should close the doors and just do drive through.

I wish I could give this location zero stars. Went through the drive through and received the rudest customer service of my life! Apparently melting cheese over avocado is impossible for them. The lady was fighting me over it. I simply stated i order this bagel ever time im in salinas and they give me zero problem. Ordered a whole wheat superseed and it was disgusting. All it had was sesame and poppyseeds on it, most bizarre version of superseed i ever had. They honestly shouldn't even be selling it as a superseed. They also only put one sliver of avocado i couldn't believe it especially for a $10 bagel! Outrageous! Between the customer service and disgusting bagel definitely will never be back. If you can make the drive to the salinas blazin bagels location they are the best there! I rate them 5 out of 5 everytime!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had a really frustrating experience here. I waited 40 minutes for my food and drink, and when I asked about it, I was just told “your order is next” but that still took another 10 minutes! No updates, no apology, just waiting around.
Then when I finally got my food, my drink wasn’t even made. When I asked about it, the response was just “sorry, I forgot”… and when they did make it, it was super sticky on the outside, like you could tell it was rushed and not even wiped down. .
Honestly, I get that things can get busy, but if there’s a long wait, at least let customers know upfront. There were plenty of staff behind the counter, and better communication would’ve made a big difference.
Hope they can work on the customer service and organization, because the food OR drink itself wasn’t worth the wait.

Truly enjoyed our breakfast here. First time and the service was excellent. They helped us decide and we weren't disappointed. Bagel was fresh and the New Yorker was delicious! Salmon was fresh and lots of it! We'll be back for sure to try those Bagle Dogs!!!!

We took veggies build your own sandwich. 1. Sandwich was expensive for the amount of veggies they put in 2. Staff was not helpful at all.

They charged me $18 for two sesame seed toasted bagels with honey butter. When I questioned it at the window they doubled down and said it was correct. I came again and complained and was told by a third person that they didn't charge me that even though that clerk was not there previously. I tossed the receipt because I planned on never going there again. They also used to be generous with the honey butter, now they don't even spread it fully on the bagel. Same three cashiers all throughout. I have gotten dozens of bagels here, but I will never ever come here again. Shameful behavior.

2 stars all around. Only come here out of sheer convenience and even then, it’s not very convenient because of how slow they are. $1.65 for butter on a bagel? $10 for a bagel sandwich? It’s places like this that make me think “damn I really am better off making food at home.”

I've literally NEVER had such fast, accurate, pleasant service in a coffee shop! My bagels and latte were fresh and absolutely delicious! The staff is absolutely AMAZING!

This place is very expensive compared to other bagel stores. They gave me ONE slice of lox, and a very small side of plain cream cheese for $2.15! Outrageous! I’ll go to the bagel place on first street. My whole order was a little over $15.
