I've been a Brew City customer for a couple years now and this has probably been happening since I've started going there. We make a visit to Brew City at least once a month. Most recent was today and another visit last week. I'm not sure how this always happens but every single time I visit, there is something missing or wrong with my order...EVEN WHEN I ASK FOR CONFIRMATION! I've made it a habit to check my order at the DT window before pulling off, only to always find that one, or both, of my burgers are made incorrectly. Last week, I was charged for 3 burgers when I only ordered 2 doubles and of course they were made incorrectly. Tonight, the onions and avocado were missing from one of the burgers.I feel like every time I've called or even spoke to a manager in person regarding this, I still get this same experience. It's frustrating when I just want to have trust in the employees but at this point I've lost trust. I get we're all human capable of mistakes, but when I say this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME, I mean it. I don't like to complain but I'm hoping the manager or owner will see this review. I'm not asking for anything for free, as I've been compensated in the past, I just simply want my order made right, especially when we are paying extra for add-ons.Just make my order right! That's all I want!

Unfortunately, today was the 3rd time we tried this restaurant and the 3rd time something was really wrong with our order. We wanted to support a school fundraiser today but it was once again a disappointing experience. The staff were all nice enough and the food is delicious, but each time, the orders were inaccurate. And not just a little bit. Really inaccurate. I don't think we will return, which is sad. We ordered 4 burgers and 2 of them were wrong. One was missing altogether. But anything less than 3 stars wouldn't be fair based on the fact the service is always good and the food is actually tasty.

Pros: Gladly impressed with the food they offer and how an unsophisticated burger can be well cooked and taste good at a good price. The restaurant has tables inside and outside. Self-serve soda machine. The menu is complete, with many options. The restaurant is new and well maintained.Cons: The garlic burger didn't test garlic-y enough :)

Walked in with my son today to get a milk shake ended up waiting there with not one person in front of me nor inside waiting and took them over 22 min. My 4 year old was even asking where his shake was staff was laughing with eachother eating and sitting on breaks or something and was told sorry they have to work drive thru also like I understand but almost 25min for 1 shake is insane there was 3 ppl in the drive thru definitely not a dine in place I could only imagine how long I would have been in there waiting for food

Great food but....Unfortunately the last few visits have been a horrible experience. When you pay for food you expect to get all of it (especially in a drive-thru where you drive off and realize later). Items always missing!! Too bad because I was happier supporting a small business as opposed to big corp. It's just happened too many times here for me to say something positive. Very sad.
Ordered for the office for lunch and the food was great. The wings were a good size, flavor was fresh and sauce was amazing. The garlic fries are also a must have; super super good and we even had extra we reheated and ate the next day. Definitely worth a trip to try their food.

Solid vegan burgers! The hummus sauce made it creamier with more flavor. Soft fluffy bread, large patty, its very good for the price! Garlic fries were loaded with Parmesan cheese and were crispy. The milkshakes were good, but just a bit sweet. Overall it was a great meal, definitely coming back!

The food is good. Hamburgers are tasty. Fries are delicious and hot. I love hot fries. Salads are good and chicken sandwiches are okay. Has a veggie burger as well. Tacos are good , soft serve cones and milkshakes are amazing Prices are good. Friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable seating. Five star place

Definitely a must! We always stop at Brew City when in the area. A great variety of delicious burgers, mine is the garlic burger absolutely fabulous, they also have chicken burgers and a vegetarian burger. Fries are hot and crispy. Service is fast and very good. Great seating inside and out and clean.
