I went there a little while back with some friends of mine to eat lunch. I ended up ordering a burger and said I wanted hot fries. The burger was good, but the fries were lukewarm at best. The waitress came back when I was halfway done and I told her I wanted hot fries and she told me they were hot because she brought out the order as soon as it came up. I don't doubt that because the burger was hot. What she didn't realize was that the fries could have been done way before the burger and sitting in the kitchen. She then left and never gave me new fries. I ended up calling the manager over and explained what happened. She gave me some hot fries, but by that time I was long done with my hamburger. I've never been anywhere experiencing a wait person arguing about something like that and refusing to replace the fries. That type of customer service is pathetic. You need to train your people better. I haven't been back since.
I'm responding to my original review a month later. I see the owner addressed most of the comments, but not mine. I'm changing my review to one star, and I hope they go out of business. This location deserves a better restaurant.

Waited quite some time at the front to be acknowledged with a basically empty dining room. Sat outside & pretty sure we were forgotten after the waitress didn’t come back to take our order for at least 15 minutes. Finally able to order drinks and apps!! The drinks is the only reason I am not giving a 1 or 0 star, they were AMAZING! Our entire sampler app was awful with undercooked fried pickles, overcooked wings, & watery cheese sauce. Sat for another 15 minutes after eating what we could get down just to get the check. Kudos to the bartender but everyone else in this location needs help! Reminded why I haven’t been to a BWW in quite awhile! Sad…..

Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Stopped in for lunch party of 8 . Waited 11 minutes at front counter and NOT a single employee acknowledged us. Waited 4 more minutes till we hit the exit. Insane part was they maybe had 6 patrons!! I understand there is sometimes a wait but 15 minutes with NO acknowledgement and minimal customers in Ludacris!! I will NEVER set foot in a BWW ever ..

Got there about 11:40 am, and they were getting ready for the day. The manager came out and sat me at a table. He was very courteous and professional put a warm smile. The chickens and potato wedges was on the too cooked side but still good. The servers came several times to check on my experience and see if I needed anything which is a plus. Overall good place and clean dining area to eat. Very chill vibes.

Got the $20 deal to go. First time trying and ordered on the app, arrived on time but still had to wait for my food. Staff was nice, restaurant was large with many large TV’s to watch, but very empty. Food was ok. Our family liked the wings at Wing Stop better even tho fries were included here vs there. Looked at the menu while we waited for our food, looks like they have a lot of deals, so maybe another try for happy hour or watching a game.

The food came out at separate times with a very long duration between so 1st order put for cold waiting (etiquette).
Ordered online for pickup, Got there when the app told me to. After asking inside for my order I was told it had not yet been made. Waited another 30 min before asking again. Was told they were working on it. 20 min after that I finally got my food which was actually pretty good.

Got there a hour before closing. We said how many and we got an annoyed sigh of being annoyed from the host. We sit down order drinks an appetizer. Waitress ask us when we will like it we say right away. Wait and wait. Entrees come. No appetizer. We ask and she says we didn’t order it? But she literally asked us when we wanted it? We don’t want it anymore. Then after that interaction we get a new waitress. Just uncomfortable. Sucked cause we had a friend that hasn’t visited the country for 20 years and we had just picked him up SJ Airport and this was the first thing he ate here and service he got. Thanks.
