They can barely understand English in the drive thru and it makes ordering if you're not fluent in Spanish almost impossible.
I'm all in favor of working through language barriers but when I have to settle for less then what I expected or can't get what I'm wanting because the staff that management/ownership hires have no desire to work with the customer you've created a problem that I won't waste my hard earned money on.

The drive thru service was a pleasant experience with the order taker coming across as caring, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. The man acted like this was his place. Very professional.
