I always go by most recent reviews. I am super happy I gave this location a try because it is excellent! I got the chicken fajitas and it came out fast and sizzling as stated. They did not hold back. The volume is almost to much but was so good I finished it all. The service is fast and friendly. I have no idea why any bad reviews maybe new owner now or crew. This place deserves 5 stars for sure at this point. After reading reviews my expectations were low but this place rocks! I think these were right up there with the best chicken fajitas I ever had and I've had lots!

* Note the emptiness of the restaurant on a Thursday night. We had to wait 20 minutes to be seated, yet the building is mostly empty. They need more servers.I have to change my review from several years ago. The food was not very good. My ribeye was tough and lacked good flavor. The service was sad. After taking our order, the server ignored us. I had to request refills from someone else. The salads didn't come out ahead of the meal, and my daughter's fries never came out. I'm not inclined to come back.

I remember as a kid, chili's was the place to go and have good food and a great time with family. But now I am not sure what is happening at chili's. The servers are very quiet not that attentive and the food has sadly gone down in taste. The vegetables were raw and way too salty. I could've worn my asparagus as a necklace, it shined brilliantly with salt grains. Fortunately, the waiter felt bad when I mentioned it and reimbursed my table with a free dessert. Another thing to note is that the bathrooms need repairs the stall doors were broken everything was rusted. Eventhough the waiter tried to compensate, I will probably not return to chili's, it's a childhood memory that's slowly fading away.

Worst customer service. My boyfriend and I came in for a quick bite after a long drive and no one acknowledged us while we were standing there to be seated or even give us the courtesy to tell us if they were seating people anymore. They kept making eye contact with us though which felt even more rude. That’ll be the the first and last time I’ll walk into this location
