We came in tonight for dinner. Alexis was our waitress. Very friendly. My lady asked for cherry coke to drink which they didn't have. Alexis suggested putting some strawberry syrup in her soda which was a nice idea and enjoyable.

Gilroy location, on a Friday night not enough staff. Seems like trying to save money. Waitress can't keep up on refills, coming back to tables or any requests. The food wasn't much better, makes me not wanna go back. Try elsewhere.

The food was pretty good, and the service here has been greatly improved ever since Alexis R started serving here. She gets the food to you while it’s still warm and gets your order in quickly. Truly a 10/10 employee. Additionally, the food itself is very tasty. The hashbrowns are always the right amount of crispy and the egg yolk mixing into them is perfect. The slams are 10 out of 10 for this reason alone and they only get better from there.
