If you have a party planned or a late night craving for pizza, best to not to order from here. The delivery service is worst at this place. I had to wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes to get it delivered within 2 miles in Gilroy. Moreover, I had to wait 10 minutes to get them over phone to check on my order status only to know it would take another 15 minutes. After waiting 1 hour. Now im not sure if the pizza is fresh… what a way to start my weekend

I ordered two pizzas. One of them I ordered with ham, but it didn’t come with it. They had been slow that night. That’s not the issue, my issue is when I went back to the store and asked a girl named Andrea about it, she immediately gave me attitude. I asked her if she could just add ham to it or a refund or something. At that point she didn’t give any attitude she said “sorry no” walked away and didn’t care. It didn’t help she seemed to be the only one in the store. I wasn’t mad about the pizza up until that point. I had no problem waiting for the pizzas, but she was extraordinarily unhelpful, and was no where near as nice or helpful, or even really put in the effort to solve this, as anyone else there before her. I have had no issues with this establishment or anyone else until her

Delivered to the wrong house and then blamed me for it. The driver was rude on the phone, all but accusing me of lying even though he described a house that was not mine and an older man accepting the pizza when no older man resides at my house. Ended up canceling the order because no replacement order was ever delivered.

DO NOT GO HERE!! If you have allergies and/or need accommodations made to your order this is not the place to go to. My girlfriend and her mom both have allergies to specific things and when her mom called to make sure the pizzas and breadsticks were cut separately they decided to hang up on her several times and then cancel the order when she had came into the restaurant in person and told her mother that she should "check her feelings at the door" and "We don't do that here" when she asked about the allergies.
