Easy to bump up review. Food was decent. But the wait was brutal. I watched the tracker. 15 minutes seemed really fast so I waited before I drove down. Got there 20 mins after ordering. I was waiting for a few minutes and then they told me there are way behind. Did not even start my pizza. IDK maybe next time adjust the tracker....

Accidentally ordered a pizza from the gilroy store. Should have been hollister. Called but they would not answer for an hour. Had to drive 40 miles to hollister to demand my money back. All they had to do was answer the phone. Horrible company

Typical dominos. Ordered online and picked up within 15 minutes once the app said the pizza was done. Walked right in and picked up easily. I’m sure the reviews mentioning late orders or mistakes on the pizza but just wanted to share my positive datapoint.

Today I placed a call to the dominos here in gilroy. I asked for a large vegetarian pizza with pepperoni on it. When they said they couldn’t do that I asked if instead they would be willing to put pepperoni on 1/8 of my large vegan pepperoni pizza. Then asked if I was taking the call seriously. I was I only wanted a pizza. Then I asked for 6-7 Buffalo chicken beef wings. I was going to ask which would be better for a small get together with friends but instead I was cut off and told that my order couldn’t be completed then hung up on. Terrible customer service. I think they might be racist as I am Indian and sound it.

I would never buy food from Dominoes anymore. Too expensive and bad quality, even pizza was not cooked all the through. And they even didn’t add ingredients properly, almost half of the pizza was just dough. Not recommended!

If you have a party planned or a late night craving for pizza, best to not to order from here. The delivery service is worst at this place. I had to wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes to get it delivered within 2 miles in Gilroy. Moreover, I had to wait 10 minutes to get them over phone to check on my order status only to know it would take another 15 minutes. After waiting 1 hour. Now im not sure if the pizza is fresh… what a way to start my weekend

I ordered two pizzas. One of them I ordered with ham, but it didn’t come with it. They had been slow that night. That’s not the issue, my issue is when I went back to the store and asked a girl named Andrea about it, she immediately gave me attitude. I asked her if she could just add ham to it or a refund or something. At that point she didn’t give any attitude she said “sorry no” walked away and didn’t care. It didn’t help she seemed to be the only one in the store. I wasn’t mad about the pizza up until that point. I had no problem waiting for the pizzas, but she was extraordinarily unhelpful, and was no where near as nice or helpful, or even really put in the effort to solve this, as anyone else there before her. I have had no issues with this establishment or anyone else until her

Delivered to the wrong house and then blamed me for it. The driver was rude on the phone, all but accusing me of lying even though he described a house that was not mine and an older man accepting the pizza when no older man resides at my house. Ended up canceling the order because no replacement order was ever delivered.
