this eas my second time eating at pollo loco first time was at a pollo loco in san jose this time i decided to try pollo loco in gilroy very dissapointed the pollo was not even grilled correctly it looked pink raw no flavor it tasted like the roasted chickens i buy at my local grocery store for wayyy less money pretty bad... the one in san jose did had a grilled seasoned flavor never coming back to this pollo loco in gilroy

We've been traveling from Roswell, NM, and El Pollo Loco was a nice change from eating fast food. The chicken was freshly grilled, and all veggies on our salads were fresh and crisp. Not to mention, the avocados were amazing! We'll definitely go back!

Idk how this place has 4 stars it should have 0 … first off they got me order completely wrong, how tf you get chicken mixed up with beef, 2nd all the tables was dirty and filthy as hell i almost threw up, 3rd they got my name wrong, 4th i got sick from this location … some of these bad reviews are really true … i been to other el polo loco but this place got bad management …
