Our first time having lunch there, stopping between Los Angeles to San Francisco. To our surprise, the food is actually pretty good. Very flavorful and large portions. The pictures on the menu showed smaller portions so we were quite surprised to receive larger portions than what we were expecting. We ordered the green beans, fried whole chicken, and pineapple fried rice. Worth a try! We'll definitely come back when we go back to visit San Francisco. Thanks!

Food here is pretty delicious and a great space for family! They give you a good amount to share at the table with everyone! The price is affordable for the size of food you get! Service was pretty good! Definitely recommend is your in town looking for a good bit!

This place is horrible. It took forever to anyone to take our order. I ordered the curry chicken. The food was cold. I had to ask the busser to warm up my food, there was no waiter in sight to ask. When I got my food back, only the rice was warmed and parts of the chicken and veggies were super cold still. The service was horrible no one came to ask if everything was ok or if we needed any more water.... I wouldn't recommend coming here.... I wont be coming back.... The restrooms were discussing stuff all over the stalls....on the floors there was some gooey stuff in the restroom floors. Just horrible.

This was one of my favorite restaurants in Gilroy until recently. I decided to take my family to come join me for a meal. Looking over the menu and deciding on what we should eat. Normally I just order the Orange chicken and veggie chow mein and the soup dumplings. Since there was 4 of us, I decided to add on one more thing that I’ve never tried to my usual order, which was the Beef and broccoli. I thought it was a safe choice..because how could you go wrong with beef and broccoli. Everything was going well, we received the soup dumplings first, then the chicken and chow mein..and lastly the beef and broccoli. I was the only person who served myself the beef and broccoli. I only served myself from the right side of the plate, then I noticed a black hair wrapped around a piece of broccoli on the left side of the serving plate and told everyone not to eat it do to the hair in the food. Once the server returned to our table we of course informed him that there was a hair in the food. The server looked a little confused and took the food back to the kitchen. One the server came back he was told to tell us the PAYING CUSTOMER That it wasn’t possible for long hair to be in the food do to all the cooks having short hair. I understand that the server is just doing as he told, but I felt that it was very disrespectful and inappropriate to give us a reason for why the hair wasn’t their problem. I would understand if we were throwing a fit and blowing it out of proportion..or just trying to get a free meal, then yes. But just offering us a new plate of food was the best they can do after not taking responsibility for the mysterious hair..I wasn’t having it. I told the server to remove it from my order and we would take the check. Needless to say, I’m not going to be returning EVER AGAIN!!

Worst Chinese food I've ever had. Panda Express has better orange chicken. Beef was so chewy it was inedible. Complete waste of money. Zero effort went into the food

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Ginger Cafe in San Ysidro, Gilroy, CA. The sweet and sour pork was a delight—tasty with tender pork. The garlic Basil fish fillet exceeded expectations, showcasing fresh and well-cooked fish. To top it off, the egg fried rice was perfect, making my overall dining experience delightful. Highly recommend! ??????

They should not be in business. It was my first time eating there. The pineapple rice taste like dog food. How can garbage like that come out of any kitchen. They don't know the basics of cooking Chinese food. BUUUAAAHHHH! ??
