The wine is nice, but the staff less so. Even though the winery has a partnership with Groupon, they don't scan the barcode of the voucher, and they demand that you pull up the previous page (which can't be access once you open the voucher). They then accuse you of lying and using the voucher previously — all because they don't have a proper system implemented on their end. Very unprofessional behavior and treatment of paying customers.
Drove by hecker pass and saw this winery by the road, really glad I decided to check it out. Very nice setting and sitting area, not busy at all, loved the Muscat (sweet wine) the best.
We went to 3 local wineries today, and Hecker was BY FAR the winner! Beautiful low key vibe, sat outside under the pergola with grape vine growing over it, tasted 5 wines for $10 and they were all winners! Got a chance to talk with the vintner and really appreciated the love and care they put into their wines. Bought 6 bottles, including their port which I called the “happy ending”! Outstanding! Go there and support this family run winery!
Great, low key place to sit outside and taste wine. There is an option to taste inside the tasting room as well. It was $10 for five wines from the tasting menu in a wine tasting, which my husband and I thought was great deal. Staff were super friendly and kind as well!

Purchased 2019 Petite Sirah. Was very dry, fruity but after taste on the finish. Paid $30 for wine. Not a $30 wine for sure.

First, their website is always unavailable. Items on it are not what they carry & cannot order wines there. You have to call the winery if you wantto order wines. They use GSL for shipping and it's pricey. I ordered wines and my wines couldn't be found at GSL and they're unreachable plus I contacted the winery only to also not to get a response. So, I will not buy wines from here.

You can taste 5 different wines for $10. It has a very simple feel and is not a commercial business.
