Their service was very good, and their topping options were good. If they could have more options without cookies or have more gluten-free options, that would be great.
My biggest complaint is just that the style of ice cream isn't great. In order to make the ice cream roll, it needs to be very cold, but that makes your mouth very cold and for whatever scientific reason of absence of heat, your taste buds won't pick up taste well when they're cold, so...

I love this ice cream shop, I drove to gilroy from Los Banos just to get ice cream from here, and try the viral TikTok rolled ice cream, it was worth the drive. It was also neat to see them prepare your ice cream. The environment and establishment was clean and the staff were friendly.

The variety of toppings and sauces is impressive, and the best part: you can choose as many toppings and sauces as you want without paying extra! Ordering via a tablet is super practical because you can see all the varieties and toppings at a glance.
