Icicles in Gilroy is such a fun spot for rolled ice cream! They have a great variety of flavors and toppings, so you can really customize your treat the way you like it. I also appreciate that they have good options for people who are lactose intolerant, which makes it a place everyone can enjoy. The ice cream is always fresh, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is upbeat. A perfect spot to cool down and enjoy something sweet!
Their service was very good, and their topping options were good. If they could have more options without cookies or have more gluten-free options, that would be great.
My biggest complaint is just that the style of ice cream isn't great. In order to make the ice cream roll, it needs to be very cold, but that makes your mouth very cold and for whatever scientific reason of absence of heat, your taste buds won't pick up taste well when they're cold, so...

I love this ice cream shop, I drove to gilroy from Los Banos just to get ice cream from here, and try the viral TikTok rolled ice cream, it was worth the drive. It was also neat to see them prepare your ice cream. The environment and establishment was clean and the staff were friendly.
