I walked in instead of using the drive thru.. Big mistake I ended up waiting over half an hour watching the employees take and fill drive thru orders!!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp very close to entrance. Tables designed to be wheel chair accessable and the restrooms as well.

Just terrible service from some young kid who looks like he smoked a joint before work, my order was incomplete. I didn't recieve the sauces I asked for. I don't recommend this Jack to nobody.

It says it's open until 2am. They close around 12. The restaurant and don't take orders while they are playing around in the kitchen. Terrible service. Kids.

Made to order! Were about to close! Still waited on me like I was the most important customer of the day! Egg rolls were exactly what I had been craving, and got the most amazing loaded tiny tacos I've ever had from any jacks anywhere! I've lived in 5 states in the last 8 years!!!! You got a great manager, and the inside front cashier was the sweetest! Thank you for a great quick meal when I wasn't close to home!
