I ordered a delivery yesterday. Unfortunately they did not have an oldie but goodie smoothie listed online for delivery. I made contact with Gilroy Jamba Juice to explain situation, the manager, I believe, went out of her way to advise employees that when my order was received to change the smoothie I had ordered to the one I really wanted and have been drinking for many years. When my order was delivered, it was perfect. Thank you so much ?????????? Must also add that they do still make that smoothie but it’s not listed online for delivery. However, whenever I am able to go in person, I always order that smoothie and they always make it. Gilroy Jamba Juice is the best Jamba Juice in Santa Clara County in my opinion ?

Went here with my girlfriend and ordered a white gummy and a peanut butter moo'd got into the car and my girlfriend spilled her drink. We ran inside to get some napkins and Erin and Sophia asked what happened. I told them, and they said they would like to remake the drink for us. Ended up, leaving happy despite the spill. Thank you for your kindness and good service. Erin and Sophia.

For being a main stream smoothie place this place is excellent. The wait is a little long but I always forget about that once I got my smoothie in hand.

Good experience, there was a little confusion with the staff trying to find my online order through Google. All these different food ordering apps appear to cause a bit of confusion. Smoothie was delicious, and I more than happy to eat something healthier than fried fast food.
